Great location, nice view! , there is fitness, co working space and Shared kitchen which is rare in HK! Will come back next time

This was our first experience of traveling to Hong Kong. I found this hotel through Trip.com and was afraid that my expectations would not be met. But the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly, attentive and professional. The room was excellent with a magnificent view of the city and the sea with the pier. Everything that the hotel stated was present. We stayed for two nights and the next day they changed our towels, napkins, toilet paper, tea, coffee and cleaned the room. The room is not big, but very cozy. Our family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you very much to the staff and next time we will stay only there.

Booked 4D3N here for family of 12. We got the Family Superior room. Clean rooms, Polite and approachable staffs. Good window view, quiet place. Provided water and tea. Washroom with body wash and shampoo. 7th floor, have a kitchen where you can reheat your food, refill your water, read and dine. Location: Approx 200m from Lei Tung MTR South line Exit A. 118 hkd taxi from Central. 7/11 and Circle K convenience store nearby and local restaurants for food option. The have Bonzai restaurant as well in the same building. Only 1 elevator upto 28th floor and bit compact, challenging for those with big luggages, needs to queue and wait. Breakfast serves late at 8am, not appropriate for those with early booking for tours and activities. Its the same food everyday, no variations Daily room cleaning and changing of towels. They forgot to clean the dust in the window and bed overboard.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly! The sea view is awesome!

I had a room with a good size, good aircon and electric curtains, open view of the Apleichau island , very friendly service ( staff refused any tipping for bringing luggage to the room) and helped me retain my Taobao and SF Express delivered goods. The best is a sun filled and spacious lounge on 7/F with simple cooking facilities and several tables and chairs . I asked my friends to come after a sumptuous seafood dinner on the island and cut a birthday cake in the Lounge. Everyone was so happy. I also managed to check out one hour later on my departure day to have a quick shower and shampoo. Staff then helped me called a taxi. Super happy stay and cannot recommend more !

Housekeeping doesn’t remake the room if you stay more that 1 night, they jz top uo the amenity, doesn’t care about the bed. ( see below image, this is what you have after housekeeping done their work)  Only one lift in the building, you may take some times to wait for it.

The hotel is chic with Japanese boutique feel 60+ rooms. Optimal capacity for operation management. Room size is quite compact but tastefully designed to maximise space. View is stunning overlooking Aberdeen Marina with glass curtain wall. Deluxe pet friendly room with recliner is the best for a couple. Long stay is encouraged with attractive rates. Due to glass curtain wall design, temperature is high during summer and air-conditioning is tuned to high breezy and noisy. Fine for day time but annoying for bedtime. Need to wear hoodie ear plugs and mask for a good night 😴 Service man is so helpful and installed airflow deflector to ease discomfort. Blanket is light and warm. Service is excellent by HK standard with complimentary breakfast. We love the communal kitchen with island bar. Oasis in Urban forest

The location is excellent, offering both comfort and convenience. One of its standout features is its close proximity to the MRT station, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy and efficient. Everything you might need is within easy reach, whether it’s public transportation, daily necessities, or entertainment options. Additionally, the surrounding area is bustling with a wide variety of restaurants, providing plenty of dining choices to suit different tastes and preferences. Overall, it’s a very convenient and accessible place to stay.

The location is not really in the tourist area which I think it’s fair to compromise due to the low room rate (it was around 4-500/nights) I like the common kitchen and lounge which is very convenience for those who wanna chill outside of room, there’s an outdoor deck with furniture at the reception level. They offer free coffee from downstair cafe which taste good Bad side:- 1. Only one lift in the hotel, for the peak hour. You may spend 5-8 mins to reach ground floor bc of waiting lift. 2. The housekeeping department has room to improve, I asked for make up room, but they jz came to replenish the coffee and towel, and leave the beds as same as I left my room.

The room is small but quite comfortable and organized, making it a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Negative: Only one elevator for 28 floors. Deposit 500 HKD. Cleaning- not cleaning near elevator( see hair 3 days on the floor) Positive: Change towels every day Change sleepers every day

Great location and beautiful surroundings. Check in staff was helpful and spoke English quite well. Limited tv channels, but made for a great afternoon walk - 7/11 just around the corner.

I’ve never given a 1-star review before, but this hotel absolutely deserves it. Everything was fine until I had to store my luggage until 8 PM on the SAME DAY as my checkout. That’s when things started going downhill. First of all, their ad says they offer free luggage storage, but that’s only until 6 PM. And here’s the worst part: if you go past 6 PM, even by just a few minutes, they charge you 100 HKD per bag. We told the girl at the desk we just wanted to go out nearby to grab something to eat, and she arrogantly told us that we couldn’t exceed 6 PM because they need to “take care” of the bags, and it takes up their time and effort. Seriously? What kind of “effort” could possibly justify charging 100 HKD per bag for just a few extra minutes of their time? I’ve traveled a lot, and no hotel has ever treated me this way, especially by trying to charge such an outrageous fee. It’s honestly insulting. I will NEVER return to this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience.

Reasonable price n nice environment, staff able to provide long term residential accommodation information in details even the room is occupied.
