Svar fra overnatningssted: 這個窗户是完全可以開合的，但這段時間大廈正在維修，外面搭起了棚架導致窗户不能全開，但仍可半開的！吹風機放在房間外是因為客人常不合當使用吹風機導致電線短路，引致半夜整個單位沒有電源，我們是香港持牌賓館，安全是首要條件！客人退房時間是早上11點前，前台早上10:40叫房，這不是很正常不過的事情嗎？客人退房後，清潔亞姨打掃好衞生後下批客人馬上會辦理入住！行李費港幣50一件可以寄存行李到晚上九點前，當天入住提前到步可免費寄存行李。香港地方淺窄，20個房退房後可免費寄存，當天入住提前到步又是可免費寄存，那請問空間從那裡來？我們賓館在二樓確實沒有電梯，部分房間在三樓，如果客人不想上三樓入住，絕對可以要求在二樓入住的！

I believed this is known worldwide even you live in 5 stars hotels. If customer wants 5 stars service and room facilities, please not to choose licensed hostels. What you pay what you get. Svar fra overnatningssted: 關於風筒方面，風筒掛在房裡壞掉的次數太頻密了，而且還有電線短路的問題，因為有些客人拿來吹衣服、內褲、鞋子、襪子等…… 無奇不有

Svar fra overnatningssted: 網上有註明早上11點前必須退房，另外入住時相信亞姨也有提醒，否則有附加費。如果客人是超了一分鐘我相信前台亞姨絕不會催促那麼急！至於客人説自己手機沒電不讓充電，那一整晚為何不充電，要等退房才充電？這個相信是客人個人問題！我們部份房間是特意另外請人回來搞衞生的，搞好了清潔姨姨便離開，如果客人不準時退房，清潔姨姨加收的費用落在客人身上也是很合理的，希望客人明白及諒解，香港勞工昂貴，客人沒可能衹為自己着想，卻不理會各處鄉村各處例，每個地方也有不同的規矩！按金200隻是按金，退房時退回的！
