Booked total of 3 rooms, manage to get early check in for one room however when I head down to the front desk at 3:30pm for my other two rooms there was at least 3 people in the line. There was two staff member and I was standing behind the mother and daughter who took a while to complete their check in. While I was waiting , there was this lady that appeared and started cutting into where I was waiting , right after the mother and daughter left the lady step up and the front desk staff served the lady even when I said I was standing there first and been waiting . The lady started talking loudly that I cut her lane and was there first . The front desk guy name Anthony didn’t handle the situation well, when I said I was here first , he told me he can serve both of us and replied me very rudely that he can go check cctv to see who’s telling the truth. As a Hilton honours diamond member who often stays in the Hilton group, this service level was really unacceptable, the lady was rude and loud and the staff actually served her cos she’s loud and spoke as if I was the one at fault.
Room is relatively small and location is 10 mins walk to Langham place . I think there are better hotel options.
