Only there for one night, so did not use any of their 'services', though there was a coffee maker in the room which was useful. Location is quite good - a few minutes walk to Sheung Wan MTR Station and the HK-Macau Ferry Pier at Shun Tak Center. We were attending an event at the Central Waterfront Event Space, which we also walked to in about 20 minutes. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The room is big enough with living room & automatic drinkjng water. The bathroom very new & clean.

Good! Already stayed at 99Bonham previously (same chain, National Hotels) so wanted to try others. Good room sizing (for HK standards), apartment-like, bathroom with malin + goetz amenities, huge windows and comfy bed, washer/dryer, small kitchenette with microwave - perfect for a prolonged stay. There is a terrace on 36th floor and a lounge on the 1st with some refreshments and space to work. Location in perfect, 2 min walk to the MTR and 5 to mid-levels, ideal to move around the city. A lot of small shops and cafes around, so always an option to get a spontaneous dinner or drink. Overall, can only recommend. The apartment is very nicely furnished with all amenities needed, especially the washer/dryer for clothes is very convenient. Staff is super helpful to make the stay pleasant, the housekeeping personal even remembered my coffee capsule preference. The location is very central with a short walk to LKF and several MTR stations. I would definitely stay again and chose this over a hotel room.

The best experience u can look for in HK with a fair price. If I could find the same hotel experience in every big city I visit, I will sign up for a membership!

Very nice! The front desk was super helpful in getting me a taxi when I was in a hurry to go to the airport, using 3 different methods!

Excellent location relaxing and staff excellent all nice people. And kind friendly and really good. Love it only need more cooking and amenities need some more kitchen plates and fill the fridge with some welcome drinks and nuts. There was no hand cream or body cream bad.

Kitchen without scissors but have knife, hardly believe a resident using a knife to open a plastic bag. No television in the bedroom is a little bit mess. Extended check out at 1pm but would like to make it by 1:30pm since I was packing my luggage in the room about 1pm. The front desk refused to do it and I really packed my bags in aa hurry. Bathrobes not soft enough but the toiletries include bath gel and shampoo are excellent.

My room was quiet,simple and cozy, nothing overdone. Good! Staff were really helpful and friendly.

It was a very big room (and especially so by HK standards). Had a great stay and will come back to stay here again!

Absolutely unique hotel/service apartment in HK, the location is very central but quiet at the same time. The suite is super big (for HK standards) and very well equipped, suitable for short stays and even more suitable for long stays. Absolutely a wonderful option for your stay in HK, we will definitely book here again once back. The staff all very kind and professional, we’ve loved our stay…unfortunately for us just too short.
