Good location; only a few stops from central and next to causeway bay. Good value for money. On site gym and spacious apartments.

The location is moderately convenient. We enjoy the most is about polite service and the room space. Feel like a cozy apartment. The only thing need to be careful of is the cabinet next to the be; because of the design where the for corner of the cabinet is quite close to a human head’s level, it’s risking to get hit to the head. But overall the staying experience is decent

What a gem this place is. Good size rooms and very good storage. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. Free laundry machines is a huge plus. The location is 5 minute walk from the harbour and access to transit. The staff was very helpful in booking a taxi and even lending us umbrellas. Highly recommend. One suggestion is if they could provide a few basic dishes and utensils, it would be even better.

Walked in to a toilet full of someone elses waste.  Not a good sign of housekeeping efficiency.  Secondly, my partners very expensive Lancomb eye serum, which was brand new, was 1/4 gone.  Response from front desk was to lock it up in safe.  Toiletries and eye cream in the safe?  Really?  The room was decent enough with lots of space and well appointed.  Great A/C.  Not enough pillows and bed was so-so.  Would recommend if you are travelling with no belongings that you cant lock in the safe

Excellent hotel in a good location. Friendly and professional staff especially Alan and Jason. Easy check in and check out. The room was clean and spacious.

Total gem. Location is fantastic; close to subway and a plethora of eateries. Less than a 10 minute walk to causeway bay. The room was impeccably clean. Simple gym and free laundry room are on same floor as reception. This large of a room is rare in Hong Kong. We liked going out to explore but also enjoyed hanging out in our room. We even had enough space to host an evening with friends. Tip: since this is a serviced apartment, shampoo and body wash are supplied but you will need to pick up your own water and hand soap. There is a shopping store right downstairs. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Mercury is in a very good location - plenty of restaurants, convenience store and close to MTR station, about 5 mins walk. The room is spacious but the bed could be bigger (my husband is 6’2 and he struggled to sleep as the bed was too small for him.

Booked the room for my relatives for 2 weeks and the room condition was the worst I have ever seen. The room smelled of sewage and molded; strange stains found everywhere in the room - on the walls, on the kettle, inside the shower cubicle (tried removing it but in vain, was absolutely disgusting). Half way through the stay the big painting hanging on the wall against the sofa suddenly fell off, luckily no one was sitting in the sofa at the time. Not sure why this room was ok to be assigned for any guests at all consider its condition (maybe it’s a designated room to be assign for guests who rents under a month? As I was simply told by the enquiry line that they do not take reservations with staying period less than a month, but then I was able to booked through an OTA). That said, will not ever stay in this property again; will not recommend it to anyone I know. Ever.
