The area is convenient..very quiet place the bed big and good communication with the frontdesk.

The room has long black hair. Probably cleaners. Does she come to clean up or leave her hair on a towel? The hotel administration, buy special hats for the staff… The noise insulation is zero. Around 23:00-0:00 other tenants came to the floor and slammed the doors! Loud! Many times! We probably went to each other's houses! Then they watched TV and talked until morning! It was unbearable! It was impossible to sleep!!! Administration, please remind uneducated and ill-mannered people that there are other people in hotels and they want to rest and sleep at night!!

Convenient location for entertainment and businesses . Reasonable size room and acceptable prices. Would recommended to family n friends.

Hotel location is great. Easy to find. Near to food stall.very near to Bauhinia square and the hong kong convention centre

Location is a few steps from Wanchai Station exit. Room was cold though and walls were thin, could hear next door.

Towels are fresh and clean. Only bath towels are provided. Should consider providing small or hand towels. Certain room no not have a luggage rack.

Understand no bottled water but most places have a communal place and jug in room to get distilled water. Not even hand soap in the bathroom. No slippers and toothbrush understandable due to HK disposable rules. Air conditioner n cannot adjust heat level to have any warm and stayed during HK’s coldest weather, the room was iced cold. TV did not work properly and had to have someone adjust. Only good news is location next to Wanchai MTR exit C. Would not say room feels particularly clean. The property is quite dated.

Hotels location right to Wanchai MTR with lots of shops and entertainment options is unbeatable. i wouldn't call its new for sure but it costs its money and rooms are pretty cosy ( you can still here voices from other guests in other rooms so isolation is fear) i was surprised with 500HK deposit in cash which guests need to prepare otherwise they are not accepted for stay (thats really outdated nowadays!) but at the end of the day its hotels management policy so we just complied thats it. we also easily kept our luggage at the lobby so in general everyone is friendly in this hotel.

Location is central on Hong Kong island. However everything else was poor. Because of regulations, no amenties was provided, e.g. no toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver etc. Also I don't think there was a mini fridge as well. However I wasn't sure why although there is nothing extra in the room there is a need to collect a HKD500 deposit. Room is old and just barely clean. I won't recommend staying here unless you need the good central location.

Super value for money, and the location is the best, only one step away from Wan Chai MTR. Toilet is super clean and nice, I have never enjoyed shower more. If u want to go to the peak, bus 15 is just one block away. There r other buses to all over HK too.

I stayed one night at the hotel. the experience is not good at all. I dont recommend the hotel due to following items; - No drinking water in the room - hotel charges tooth paste (5HKD) - hotel charges plug adaptor (15HKD) these are very much fundamental items to be provided in the room. so not recommended despite the location is good.

Great location. Just next to Wanchai MTR exit A. Many restaurants nearby.

I very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, modern and fresh. If you’re looking to stay in the center of Wan Chai, then this is the hotel for you. Just a stone’s throw away from the bars and nightlife. Will stay here again.
