We really enjoyed this hotel. My Mum and I recently spent three nights here. The hotel is very clean and tidy and has a luxurious feel. We were given a lovely room over the river, large bathroom, comfy beds. Large gym and we were hoping to use the pool but this was closed each day because of the rain. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The location of the hotel was quite good. An adjacent McDonald’s and local convenience stores were handy as well as a short ten minute walk to more restaurants and the MTR train line which gives access to wherever you want to go. You are a little far away from main attractions but we knew that when booking. Would stay again

good service, but too far from downtown

Stayed with my family (2 kids) over the weekend, room was spacious enough for all of us. Hotel staffs service was good and housekeeping kept the room clean. Good that they had frequent free shuttle bus services to the city area which brings much convenient. Overall very good staying experience and will definitely revisit again!

I booked my uncle and auntie and stayed there for a night and they'll love the hotel so much and told me to book again in future travel.👌

We like the Marriott Shatin very much. It is our go-to hotel in HK. It is ideally located, with easy access to the MTR and numerous bus lines, including A41p for HKIA.  Facilities and services are on par if not better than other hotels in the vicinity. There are lots of dining options in the area, as well as a couple of supermarket /convenience stores. We will definitely stay at Marriott Shatin again.

It’s not located in CBD like in TST or HK island but the price has reflected that. The quality of the hotel both service and room condition are at the same par of other Marriotts hotel. Very good indeed.

It’s a bit outside the city center, but with a bus stop and train station close by, getting to the airport and downtown is really easy. I’d probably stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong

Everything is great. From hotel facilities, cleanliness, service from front desk, house keeping, F&B, concierge, everything is perfect for me.

This hotel is being old. The smell is not really good. The transportation is worse. You need to both walk 20 or 10 minutes to subway station or bus stop. The most important part, after 12 pm they don’t even have a convenient store nearby. It means you need to stay hungry until 6 am Where the McDonald’s open beside. Overall, not recommended for staying this hotel.

Delicious breakfast and near to bus stop that goes to airport. However, room's furnishing is a bit old. The wallpaper has peeled off. Gym is good.
