Basic hotel for your stay in Hong Kong. I think the room is bigger than many budget hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Location is very near the MTR station - NORTH POINT. So can connect Causeway Bay, Wanchai, Central, Tsim Sha Tsui...and airport or West Kowloon station easily.
That is all you need for your business trip or traveling to Hong Kong.

In the photos, the room seems to be decent size but when checked in it was very small. I had to shove my standard 23kg suitcase near the bed.
I don't think it is the problem of the hotel, I should have been more careful especially when reading the sizes of the room.
Otherwise good location, very near to the MTR station. One can go for a run along the shore from North Point to Central and in the other direction as well.
Nice small restaurants within the walking distance.
Very Famous YUM SHA place in the Shum Shui Po.

I enjoyed my stay in Hong Kong. The room was small, but was enough space for one person with a small luggage. The room was a bit humid and the bed is not the soft type, but I could sleep comfortably. They provide a plug adaptor with USB and USB type-C, however I did not consider that I needed an adaptor for my laptop with China mainland plug type and did not bring mine, and the hotel does not provide one.
The bathroom had a bit of mold in some spots, however it was clean and I guess it is normal considering Hong Kong weather and humidity.
The service was good and helpful.
I would have liked having complementary bottle of waters and in-site laundry room.
Considering the position and the price, it is a very good accomodation option and I would stay here again.

Location was nice. It's like a community, everything you need is there. Within a greenery surrounding. Resto and a nice Mall.
Breakfast, reasonably price, healthy and delicious.
Room and hotel were clean and bright.

For higher levels there is a chance for dissent view. Location is ok, metro station is near. There are only British power sockets in the room and reception don't have any adapters so you should bring your own.

Airport Express Bus 12 bus-stop is opposite the hotel. The signage is not too clear and prominent, almost missed the small glass door.
Lift is very slow, to just go up a floor to check-in with luggages was rather inconvenient. I would have taken the stairs if not for my big luggage.
Staff friendly and helpful. Gave me bedroom slippers and toothbrush set over the counter.
Room is basic, no frills. No kettle and iron but hairdryer installed in the cabinet instead of bathroom.
Water pressure and temperature all good. Bed and pillow good. Not much space for big luggage to open on the floor. USB points provided.
Didn’t take hotel breakfast as plenty of good eateries around the hotel. Few malls and tram station, MTR station as well as ferry terminal are stone throw away.
Overall I am satisfied with the basic facilities and location. Will stay there again.

nice location near restaurants and public transportation, only issue for me is their TV mainly the HBO channel not stable🤣🤣🤣
