Dette er et ok hotel. Det er omkring 7 minutters gang væk fra metroen gennem et indkøbscenter og har masser af butikker og endda en McDonald's i nærheden. Hotellet har også en gratis shuttlebus, der stopper flere steder i byen, hvilket var en dejlig overraskelse. Personalet i receptionen var yderst hjælpsomme og venlige. Selve værelset var ret lille, og toiletområdet havde kun en frostet glasdør (som ikke kunne låses), der adskilte det fra sengeområdet. Vi bad om, at værelset skulle gøres op på den 3. dag af vores 5 overnatninger, men af ​​en eller anden grund ændrede husholdningen ikke håndklæder og lagner. Vi prøvede igen næste dag ved at bruge hoteldørbøjlen, som viste, at vi ville have værelset gjort op, men sengen forblev den samme, da vi vendte tilbage, selvom de skiftede håndklæder og opfriskede vandet og kaffen. Sengen var dejlig og behagelig. Skrivebordet med udsigten ud til byen var rart og aircon fungerede meget godt. Alt i alt nød vi vores ophold her, og det er fint for et par nætter. Everything was very good. The room & bed were comfortable. Room was a little small for the big luggagw but we managed.

We planned our first trip to Hong Kong with a friend and chose this hotel based on its location, but it exceeded our expectations! All our requests during the booking process were taken into account, and the staff was fluent in English and friendly. We were lucky enough to be accommodated on the 21st floor, and the view was breathtaking! The hotel is strategically located, with easy access to the vibrant Mong Kok district and a short stroll to the Avenue of Stars. There are also two metro stations (or three lines) nearby, as well as bus stops within walking distance, including one for the airport. Thank you so much for the cozy accommodation (including the water coolers, which are very helpful in hot weather), and we will definitely stay here again when visiting Hong Kong!

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and returned again recently. While the rooms are quite dated, the service really stood out this time. We happened to be there during Typhoon Wipha and were confined to the hotel for safety. With no prior experience, we weren’t sure what to do, but the staff took great care of us — answering all our questions and ensuring we felt safe. On the morning we were locked in, we had breakfast at the hotel and the staff encouraged us to take extra food back to our rooms to tide over lunch. The concierge and front desk teams were also very helpful and professional throughout our stay. Truly appreciate their thoughtful and attentive service.

Acceptable cleanliness. But quite far from the nearest MTR. Need to take the feeder bus, otherwise you have to walk 15 minutes. They also don’t provide a lot of amenities like hand soaps or tissues. In my case, the bath room drainage often clogged. So I can’t shower with ease.

Good location and friendly service. Drinking water is only at the first floor. The AC was set very low and it was so cold during the night! They can’t adjust it. The breakfast did not taste good.

It’s in a good location and also staff members are helpful. The only thing that was missing was a few amenities eg toilet paper, but we called the concierge and they were able to bring some to our hotel room, quite easy!

Bed bugs alert, and I’m super allergic to it. The welts are painful and sore.

The hotel is located near Olympics Station (about 10mins walk from the nearest exit) which was a great place for us when we arrived late at night on our day of check in as it is located on the Tung Chung line. There are many stores just across the streets like eateries, bakeries, supermarket, convenient stores and even a macdonalds. The most convenient way to central mongkok is via their mini green buses. There's also a direct bus that goes to the mongkok east station. Great for travelling to Shenzhen for a day trip. The room is not very spacious but comfortable for 2. We're able to open 2 luggages on the floor at the same time. Shower pressure was great. They've also provided an empty glass bottle for us to collect drinking water from the dispenser located on certain floors so we don't have to buy water at all. The only downside is that they do not provide toothbrush/toothpastes but you're able to purchase them in the vending machine at the lobby for 1HKD. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will stay again for its strategic location near Mongkok area.

Nice hotel with great view from the room at higher levels. Neighbourhood is quite far away from the good restaurants. Also relatively far away from the metro station.
