Dette er et ok hotel. Det er omkring 7 minutters gang væk fra metroen gennem et indkøbscenter og har masser af butikker og endda en McDonald's i nærheden. Hotellet har også en gratis shuttlebus, der stopper flere steder i byen, hvilket var en dejlig overraskelse. Personalet i receptionen var yderst hjælpsomme og venlige. Selve værelset var ret lille, og toiletområdet havde kun en frostet glasdør (som ikke kunne låses), der adskilte det fra sengeområdet. Vi bad om, at værelset skulle gøres op på den 3. dag af vores 5 overnatninger, men af ​​en eller anden grund ændrede husholdningen ikke håndklæder og lagner. Vi prøvede igen næste dag ved at bruge hoteldørbøjlen, som viste, at vi ville have værelset gjort op, men sengen forblev den samme, da vi vendte tilbage, selvom de skiftede håndklæder og opfriskede vandet og kaffen. Sengen var dejlig og behagelig. Skrivebordet med udsigten ud til byen var rart og aircon fungerede meget godt. Alt i alt nød vi vores ophold her, og det er fint for et par nætter. Det er bestemt ikke et luksusophold, og jeg tror, ​​at du ville finde det svært at bo her, hvis du havde nogle store kufferter.

Front desk & concierge service staff are very friendly & courteous Cleaning staff are “overly helpful”. They will either ignore “Do not Disturb” sign & still come into the room or persuade / convince us to let them clean even when we tell them there is no need to.

Overall a good stay. There were only 02 guest lifts serving the entire building, therefore could takes a while during rush hour. Hotel staff on property is way more friendly compare to Reservation agent which can make you feel frustrated at times.

Free luggage storage on check in and check out day! Clean and comfortable bed with nice view! High speed WiFi with smart tv! Strategic location! Strongly recommend =)

Location abit far from metro, still can accept. Got bus stop nearby. Room is small but clean. Friendly service.

The location is perfect for the cost. Walkable to the busy Mongkok area and nearest MTR station is Olympic about 10 mins walk. The local area is authentic local with local eateries and plenty of shops that close late, if you want 24 hrs Mac that is opposite the hotel.

Warm welcome by Dorsett on the decorations! All it’s good, except the bathroom space kinda small. Will pay a visit for my next HK trip. Thanks Dorsett for the red wine!

This hotel is not far from the MTR station, overall you can have a walk to the place you want. The crew service is very friendly, they try to answer what your request. The room was old but the facilities was all in good. High floor give you a nice view, very good.

Good location, can get your daily stuff easily.. and McDonald’s is just across the road. Great breakfast at the hotel, especially the croissant and pastries … ate almost every day … fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside… only one shortfall.. the lift… almost every time waited very long for the lift. Self laundry available in the hotel.
