Room is as per advertised. I measured myself and the square footage of 16 m2 is accurate. The good service would be the cleaners. Don't expect top notch service from the front desk. If you sit at the lobby, you can hear a lot of complaints from the front desk talking about their customers' request. Talking bad about your customers are never a good things especially more in front of other customers. Location is good, with a bit walking require to MTR station. There is a bus station directly in front of the Hotel. You can take bus 101 to Central.

I had really nice views from my room. For the price and service received, this is such a good find!

Booked 3 rooms. 1 family room and 2 rooms with 2 beds. There are tiny but considered good in Hong Kong. So far, so good. All were well equipped, and the service was good. Very friendly counter staffs and free luggage storage. Satisfied.

The location is really great and the lounge at the lobby great and fancy 😍 However the rooms are quite small and have no windows but i guess with the price in HK is still reasonable. The front desk ladies were not very great at welcoming guests but the man at the elevator is really helpful and polite.

I was there for 1 night for a temporary stay as my house had some electrical issue, so out of familiarity and fondness during covid I booked Charterhouse again. However this is how I find my room when I checked in. Understanding that they went through renovation recently, this new decor makes this old style hotel has let me down very much. Honestly, stains on the the curtains, holes in the sheets, poorly managed housekeeping with water marks on the kettle, towels in the toilet just thrown on top like it was nothing to be managed. I didn't take a picture but when I opened the toilet lid there was public hair in the toilet bowl, and I haven't even used it. The fact that there was still paint stains on the hard wood floor was shocking, and also the the unfinished walls with the the water washed paint job, I presume it would be better to keep it as it was before. My room was located on the 4th floor is it supposed to the the more "economical" or we call the cheep rooms with high turnover rate I have no idea. But I don't supposed this housekeeping nightmare seems to me like I was not welcomed and saying take it or leave it. Extra hangers are the wired shifty wired hangers just hanging there which seemed like someone check out right before me and no one bother to tidy this up, even before I was about to sleep I found the pillow case had stanis on it. I'm sorry has business been that bad that housekeeping standards are that low nowadays ? I used to work in housekeeping, and I stayed in this hotel for a year in 2020 during covid, this is quite dissapointing.

More than enough for stay 1 or 2 days in Hongkong. Great experience

Th Charterhouse Causeway Bay is in a great location to shops, restaurants, metro and trams. The foyer is lovely and the staff are friendly. The family room we stayed in was very small and minimal. There was only towels, soap and a kettle provided. No water, coffee etc. The shower did not drain well and didn’t take much to stand in centimeters of water.

The cleaners and all the staff is good and kind

I like the ambiance.of an old.classic traditional hotel. Classic dark wood interior. Fresh clean fluffy towels, comfortable bed. Spacious room, spacious lobby reception. Many food stores nearby. I like my room. So peaceful and comfortable
