Great location for travelers! Bus stations, MTR station, good restaurants, supermarket, etc are just at a walkable distance. The best thing is that they are all located indoors and people can go to those places without an umbrella even in a rainy day. My hotel room was clean and spacious and has a wonderful view! It has 50m swimming pool too! I would recommend staying in the hotel if travelers want to go to mainland China for a few days and come back to Hong Kong. They provide a free luggage storage for a week for their customers. But they will charge a HK$10 per day per luggage fee after one week.

Stay at Nina Hotel is convenient, it’s near MTR and bus station. And have a huge mall too. Near Aeon too. We like the twin bed size, and the room is big according of HK ordinary size. The view in our room is cool, We can see harbour and mountain too.

Hotel room is clean. Front desk staff are efficient. Express check out is fantastic (just drop off key into the key drop off box). Close to several shopping malls with lots of food to choose from. 5 min walk to Tsuen Wan West MTR which is super convenient. Will return to Nina Hotel next time in HK.

The location is 40min away from city like kow loon/central, despite that this area is bustling with many restaurants, local shops, malls and linked to metro(MTR). The room is spacious but very cold. The aircon is set at very low temperature and adjusting doesn’t help. The view of the bay is very clear from the room. The pool is also under repair for a long time. Many tour groups also use this hotel.

The hotel was dirty, did not seem like it was cleaned in a very long time, found eye lid tape on the walls, also dead spiders on the walls in the washrooms. Was not impressed at all. The sink was also very dirty along with the shower.

Great for family with kids!!! Easy access with alot connected malls around & with bus terminal & MTR just a few steps away!!!

The location is excellent as it is linked to MTR and several shopping malls. We have no lack of food choices. There is a direct bus service (A31) from the airport that terminates next to the hotel. However, there are a few drawbacks 1. There is no ramp from the rear door from the bus terminal to the hotel. There are a few steps. This could be replaced by a gentle ramp. I believe that the ramp was in the original plan but not properly constructed. This could easily be rectified. 2. For the room type that I picked, there is a large glass that divides the bathroom from the room. However, when the toilet was used at night, the light shone into the room. 3. There is a motion sensor light outside the toilet, and it can not be turned off. 4. Some unknown insects bit me and my daughter. 5. Some parts of the building need maintenance. See the lift door picture that shows the rust on the doors.

We had got upgraded by the manager , she is so good , when we mention something wrong ! She straight to sort it out for us , very close to every where we want it to , very nice hotel , good value as well . We may book again 😊.

Nina hotel is accessible to Mtr and travel to different sites is not a problem even when using a bus. It is adjacent to 2 Malls (Op and nina mall )and walking distance to Tsuen Wan mall. Our room size is ok with a nice unobstructed view of the harbour. However,breakfast buffet menu is the same all throughout our stay of 4 days. There was no variety in the food. We were hoping a change in the food or even an additional choice but there was none.

Nice hotel with a price that's pretty decent in HK. But I did get disturbed by the housekeeping during the morning even though I had a DND sign on. I hope they would be more aware of the sign...

I had an amazing stay at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West. The room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning city views. The infinity pool and gym were excellent, and the dining options were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great Location, link with Nina Mall, also MTR, good hotel for families.
