Room is small and comes with no toothbrush nor any bottle water. Walkway and lift is too dim. Front desk service was ok.

Sub-par hotel that met the minimum requirements to reach '4-stars'. The bathroom didn't drain well and the pillows smelled of mould. The air-con temperature cannot be adjusted, only the fan speed. The journey to the gym and pool in itself is inefficient, requiring you to sign a form at reception (Ground floor), then having the staff accompany you to the lift so that they can scan their card to allow you access to the gym & pool floor (your own card does not allow access). Almost all signs (including the restaurant) is in Chinese.

+ Friendly staff, easy to check in, nice size bed, hot water in the shower, clean towels, big tv, multiple lifts - old style bathtub with low pressure shower over the top, no cold water dispenser to fill water bottles, admiralty mtr is painfully awkward to get to, dated room, breakfast was prohibitively expensive for a buffet. Weird pillows they said hard but were full of air and deflated like a balloon.

Very nice spot in central Wan Chai. Room was clean and cool, and very reasonable pricing. Reception had great service and gave a free upgrade to room. If you want to explore Victoria harbor or the local area it’s an excellent choice!

you need to check first the prize of the rooms per day. because sometimes their rate can become too expensive. expensive i mean sky rocket. but most of the time weekdays they are quite ok for its price.

I travelled solo and arrived early to drop off my luggage. To my surprise, I am told they have a room ready for me (just past noon time) and furthermore, a king-size bed instead of a queen bed I requested. My room is very spacious and very clean. While the location is 6-8 minutes away from the nearest MTR station, I found it acceptable. The bathroom is tiny though. Wifi is excellent. Unlike other hotels in Asia, no free water, no toothbrush which I have no issue with...

Stayed here for 3x already. Breakfast wes really good. It is very close to MTR station.

I booked it for the price and location. Probably takes about 10 mins to get to Wan Chai station. As you can see, the room is comfortably sized. They offer both hard and soft pillows, as labelled in the picture. However, you’d have to buy their toothbrush and toothpaste if you need them.

The hotel is in a good location and it's well priced for a 4 star hotel in Wan Chai. However I accidentally booked the wrong night and was not able to receive a refund.

Convenient located within walking distance of the MTR station. It’s near the entertainment area and the main exhibition centre. Reasonable price and sufficient room size for two person. I would recommends for friends and families.

- Check in cannot be done before 15:00, even if a room is available. Lobby is full of people sitting and sleeping, waiting for their room. Check out is 11:00. - Room is average size for Hong Kong. - The bed pillows smelled extremely bad. - Bath drain did not work, water was constantly draining. - Air conditioning was very noisy. - TV channels are very few (none international) and extremly spaced between each other. You have to flip through the channel guide for a while. - They supply coffee and tea but no bottled water. - Breakfast was average but served in a very uninviting basement location. - Front Office service was disengaged. - They have" green practices" encouraging you not to change your bed linnen (good) but also asking that you do not deconnect the electricity in your room when you leave, so it stays fresh and air conditoned (bad). Overall I would not go back. Only the good location is a plus, otherwise service and amenities are subpar.

The room was acceptable for the price—nothing extraordinary, but reasonable overall. However, there was a slight musty smell when I first entered. The air conditioning helped reduce it, and after a while, I’m not sure if the smell faded or if I just got used to it. Aside from that, the stay was fine. If the odor could be addressed, it would make the experience much better.

The location is good, stayed at 11th floor, not really affected by any traffic noise. Lots of food choices nearby and walking distance to Wanchai station and Tram stops. Though without impressive window view, still could have a glimpse of something “only HK has it”.
