The hotel is getting old, the water was weak in the bathroom. The hotel staff didn’t help on the reservation request even after numerous stay. It is overpriced for its service.

We are happy with their service they are very accommodating. Child friendly room. They clean our rooms even we just stayed for 2 nights.

Very clean and comfortable stay at the kowloon hotel! Staffs were polite and helpful with really good service and not to mention, the location is convenient and just 2mins walk to the lift to MTR.

a 4-star hotel which has a restaurant and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel is located in the tsim tsai tsui district, which is known for its shopping and dining options. The rooms are small, but they are well-designed and comfortable. The hotel has a good location and is a good choice for travelers who want to be in the heart of the city.

fantastic location, exit MTR L3 Tsim Sha Zhui, is 1 min from lobby. For heavy luggage, Take L31 for lift , to road surface , 1 min to lobby . 5 min from a food. Walk to Avenue of stars in 10 mins . Room is clean , very happy with my stay Air purifier, provided. Extension wire also .

Hotel is at the good location in Tsim sha tsui. Not too small for 1-2 luggages

Very conveniently located at Tsim Tsa Tsui mtr, short walk to many food and shopping options. Near K11 for luxury goods and space museum for cheap entertainment. 5 mins walk to Michelin gourmand Sheng Jian Bao (pan fried buns), and bakehouse. On the other side of the road there’s glory cookies and Jenny cookies are also located nearby. Supermarket, McDonald’s and even Chagee are about 5 mins away. Hotel staff are friendly and there is always someone stationed to help open the doors. Room is not very big but enough to open 1 large sized luggage and still have space to walk. The room also came with air purifier, very thoughtful. Would stay again in the future. There’s even airport bus A21 just a short walk down near Nathan road.

+: Small but well equipped and clean room. Breakfast buffet had many options. -: One staff at the breakfast buffet reception seemed to be rude and did not answer my simplest question - not the best to be in hospitality profession. They don’t provide free drinking water. But overall a pleasant stay in prime location.

Housekeeping ladies were very meticulous & efficient. Location is one of the best near MTR, accessible to major attractions. Was our 2nd time stay.

Good location and comfortable, friendly service. I’d like advice for tourists and travelers

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Kowloon Hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel great. I had a smooth check-in experience. Plenty of shopping at Harbour City, Oceans Tower. Even the shops right behind carry many different types of goods from lower to higher end. Coffee joints to various cuisines are just beside the hotel. Spoilt for choices of where to go and what to do. The cultural and space museum is a 5 minute walk. The promenade is just after the cultural centre.

The price was a little high but since it is Hong Kong, guess it is fine
