We have been staying in this hotel for business or family.
The location is very convenient among all hotesl in Hong Kong.
It seems they have everything . Service is superb, a little bit pricey. They have a nice breakfast menu. Surprisingly, they have a pillows menu to choose
After all, this hotel managed to maintain the condition after 10+ years

Brought many friends to stay at the Mira but never got to the chance to have a stay ourselves with the family
The hotel is really good equip with good facilities and attention to service. Thats really good.
Less good are the elevator management, you feel like a reaction game to take the elevator when you stay to close to the doors but have to to run if you stay a bit away from it. Doors are annoyingly fast closing and you have to wait for the next.
Also the room lighting management drove us crazy. There is a master button to kill the lights but it's big puzzle to just open the side bed lights without disturbing the sleeping kids
But the kids loved the stay and that's what counts

The hotel is in the center of kaoloon. It was my mom’s birthday trip and they prepared a nice cake with a message card. It was very lovely. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:
1) Excellent Location right at market
2) Room amenities & cleanliness are top notch in the hotel .
3) Breakfast is sumptuous and has a really wide variety in the buffet options .
4) Concierge desk is super . Very helpful staff.
5) Housekeeping staff is super quick & efficient .
Area of improvement:
-Reception staff needs to improve on courtesy and manners . They are very cold and need to be more courteous and customer friendly .
-Reception charged 10 HKD$ extra for a page print of your flight ticket even after staying in The Mira suite room. This is really annoying and unexpected from such a big hotel to levy such petty charges on print outs . Some things are not expected from a star category hotel . The management should look into this petty things & try to make small amends.

It is the best hotel
The pool is dazzling
The sauna, steam room and spa rejuvenate fatigue travellers.
The hotel has many lifts work simultaneously because there are so many Chinese tourists.
I recommend the hotel to those wanting to try something unique and challenging to stay there.

Very busy area, good location if you like noise and a poop tom of people.
The spa in the basement pool area was A+ mss as n that was awesome - steam room, hot tub, sauna, showers, toilets a nice pool great staff, filtered water. That was the best part!!
Breakfast was good not great but good.

This Hotel was So amazing they cross the t and dotted the i. They asked me to wait an extra hour for my room to be ready but that’s because they had a special surprise for me in the room. 😋 It was my birthday, i got a cake and complimentary drinks. How kind. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone coming to Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tui area. 🎉

Room was perfect!!! But during our check-in the front desk didn’t give us enough information for all the facilities. We even have to call to ask for wifi passwords, and they didn’t tell us where the pool or breakfast is located.
