⭐ 5/5 – Wonderful Service, Hospitality & Location. Nathan Hotel went above and beyond during our stay! We loved the clean, spacious rooms, early check-in, and amazing breakfast—even while the dining area was under renovation, they made sure guests still had a hot and satisfying meal (unlike Holiday inn express Kowloon, which offered only poor excuses and cold sandwiches). We had planned to visit Macau on our last day, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Thankfully, the hotel kindly allowed us a late check-out at 1 PM free of charge. We even asked to extend it until 4PM (willing to pay), but they were fully booked—still, we really appreciated their hospitality and effort. The location is fantastic, right by the MTR and even walkable to Victoria Harbour. We only regret not booking our full trip here. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

We booked a Family Room for our family of five, but upon check-in we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The kids were thrilled with the spacious and luxurious room, and we all enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Breakfast had a limited selection, but it included freshly cooked eggs, pancakes, and fresh fruit, which we found quite satisfying overall. The only slight disappointment was that the bar on the 15th floor was under renovation, and the construction work was in full view. When we asked the staff about using the hotel’s laundry facilities, they kindly suggested a nearby coin laundry that was cheaper and more convenient. Their helpful and honest advice left a great impression. Overall, we enjoyed warm hospitality and a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Very good hotel. Near to metro and almost all famous spots in Hong Kong

Hotel gave me a tiny lousy room(1401) next to a bar! Receptionist told me was an upgraded room. I was horrified when I saw the room. It wasn't same size as advertised. Dirty and with haphazard repairs. Can't tell the different between the 3 bottles of liquid in the shower because English wordings were tiny. I had to complain to the hotel and sort myself out. Trip.com, if this is the way Nathan hotel do business, cut them out! I rely on Trip.com to look after my travels! Please do something!

Love this hotel so much, near to metro station (MTR) Jordan station. Lobby has Starbucks as well and convenient stores. Walking to some local coffee shop within 8 minutes. Overall the hotel employees are very nice, especially the bell men and the housekeeper who is very helpful. Will back to this hotel if travel to Hong Kong.

I’m quite disappointed with the breakfast selection—it offers very limited variety. I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and heading out for a better option elsewhere.

The hotel has a good location and great staff. Room was larger and better than most hotels at this price. I enjoyed my stay and plan to stay there again.
