The Hotel is a block away from exit A of Causeway Bay Station. The check in staff were polite, and the room was good for two people and quiet at night. There are lots of food options nearby.

Very convenient location! Our room was accessible room with spacious toilet and shower. But the room needs a major some renovation. There are stains or mold like stains on the carpet and wall next to bathroom, the sofa bed (as we’re travelling with a child) was so uncomfortable, furtniture overall worn out. AC looked dirty. Housekeeping and service desk are friendly and helpful. Breakfast - you’ll from 4 different breakfast set every morning.

Holiday Express located in Time Square was very convenient to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Importantly, location was close to relatives, easy to get around. Hotel staff were very helpful with luggage storage, even offered to take us to A11 airport bus stop. Don’t mind staying here again when visiting Hong Kong in the future.

Hotel location was perfect! Very convenient, right next to time square shopping. There are lots of eateries nearby. Very few hotels provide free breakfast. Although the selection is quite limited, the food was decent.

The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square . The hotel room is feel very comfortable and the decoration is very simple.

The hotel location is very good. The room is tidy and the reception has good service. It would be better to improve the variety of breakfast set menu. Anyhow it is deserved to be recommended.

The room is bit old. But the staff are really helpful and friendly. Just right behind Time Square & short walk to SOGO. Easy access to public transport.

Location is great, right in the middle of downtown and close to subway. The sink area of the bathroom has lots of mold so it definitely needs to be updated.

The location is superb, you cannot get any closer to food and transport. So very convenient for my needs. The only thing i have is the vacuuming of the carpet. I felt my room is not vacuumed properly as I can see specks of white tissues or dirt on the carpet. Otherwise, all the rest are good. Breakfast is good but only 4 selections. I guess it is ok if you are not staying there for more than a week. Good job, IHG!
