Rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Elaine and colleague at front desk were most helpful with our party’s check in, giving useful info and much needed welcome after a long day of travelling. The hotel’s located is very accessible. Our taxis dropped us off right outside the hotel. There are 7/11s and restaurants right round the corner. Quiet street without any noise from the traffic.

Very valuable experience. Free upgrade with attractive design room and nice city view. Equipped with advanced technology. Restroom arranged with relaxing spacing. Had a good rest with nice arranged bedding, expecting my next visit😁

Spacious room by Hong Kong standard and room is clean. Convenient location. About five minutes walk to Ngau Tau Kok subway station. There is an airport bus A29 that will take you directly to the hotel. Close to a variety of restaurants and shops. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hotel location is kinda not close to anywhere…. But staffs are great and helpful, price isn’t too cheap for the area but have to stay for my parents who stayed over two weeks in the hotel and staffs are well taken care of my elderly parents and I really appreciate the service.

After arriving at the hotel, check-in was smooth. Got the room quickly.
The staff took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive floor suite.
Very good experience
The room is large and there are TVs in the bedroom and living room
The bathroom is also very spacious
Opening the curtains, I could vaguely see part of Hong Kong's seascape.
The sheets are very clean
Television also has different international channels. Can watch HBO etc.
About 10 minutes from the subway station
Transportation is 10 minutes convenient

I stayed 4 nights. During my stay the shower water smelled like sewer. The swimming pool is just a basin. The corridors were not Air conditioned. The room size was larger than most other hotels.

When I first visit this hotel, I found the lobby is quite quiet! After my check in and check out with the same receptionist, I find she is very professional and helpful !
She told me that I was upgraded to a corner room in 26th floor , I think ,maybe this is the result what I did requested from the Trip.com that I do prefer a quiet non-smoking room in high-level floor !
The room is big enough, especially the washroom is also big , having nice and useful counter space, I am really appreciated that the room without any bad smell!  the very comfortable king size bed makes me feel like home, the full sized window showed a nice good City view!
It provided parking service  with an acceptable and reasonable charge!
in conclusion , the whole place is very nice, quiet, and very clean! The hotel staffs are courtesy and helpful!
My friend and I will surely come back again !

Location is in the industrial building part of town. The hotel is very nice and we had an enjoyable stay. Concierge’s staff is helpful with luggage storage.
