After arriving at the hotel, check-in was smooth. Got the room quickly.
The staff took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive floor suite.
Very good experience
The room is large and there are TVs in the bedroom and living room
The bathroom is also very spacious
Opening the curtains, I could vaguely see part of Hong Kong's seascape.
The sheets are very clean
Television also has different international channels. Can watch HBO etc.
About 10 minutes from the subway station
Transportation is 10 minutes convenient

Location of the hotel is close to the Ngau tau kok mtr station , only have to go up and down the stairs, no escalator or lift, difficult in carrying heavy things .
In industrial area , night time dark , nothing there .
there’s one fruit seller selling fruit with very good prices , from hotel exit to left , nearby Mc Donald.
One station further kwun tong MTR station a lot of activities, though nothing busy compared to Tsim Sha tsui or Causeway Bay .

Thanks so much again for the great hospitality by Holly and the upgrade to suite! I’ve always loved staying at Nina Hotel Kowloon East since its inception, been coming back here for more than 10 years now. The services are always excellent and the rooms are clean, highly recommend!

Couple years ago this hotel (elan L hotel) used to be in tip top condition, but after Covid when it’s changed name to Nina, the quality dropped pretty drastically. Hotel room seems quite minimally maintained, especially the toilet where mould stains are quite obvious. Suggest to bring your own toiletries, the toothbrush toothpaste looks like some super cheap chemical paste, no longer using Colgate anymore. Staffs were not smiling most of the time, probably under staff or something. Do not recommend unless you’re there for the low price.

It is close to a metro station kind of away from downtown. About 30 minutes ride to downtown. The neightborhood is pretty local. There are some restaurants close by. It's clean but the wooden tabletops in the room is rough and scratchy so doesn't look very clean. The room is roomy with high ceiling.

This was my second visit and I stayed 3 days. Great location, close to mtr, many food choices around walking distance. Staff is helpful and room is neat and spacious, compared to other hotel room size in the same district.

The room cleaner is very good, but the miss in the customer service center is very bad. They will not help you solve the problem, but will only find reasons and excuses to keep you from asking questions, and even look at you with strange sight.

This is the second time I stay at Nina and it's a great place, rooms are big and comfortable. The pool while small, has a great view of the bay!
