The carpet in the common areas is very dirty and in also the rooms are very dusty and not clean. In the morning there was vomit in the lift (picture) and no one is bothering to clean it. Also service is very basic.

Convenient location. You need to switch on heater before using hot water for shower.

Hotel is cool, good location for me, room was all I needed and very pleasant. The check in situation was not fun, the member of staff at the time was quite rude and unfriendly. Checking out was a long line of people and only one member of staff, which became such an unnecessary and convoluted task, with no apology or acknowledgement of the wait.

Excellently located, this hotel has recently been renovated and offers modern, clean and fresh rooms at a good rate. There were no small towels nor toiletries or drinking water, but apparently it’s because of a new rule in HK. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

The location is excellent and very convenient. However, the service is virtually nonexistent, and the facilities are in an unacceptable and extremely poor condition.

My name is Albina, I have booked the room in your hotel on the wrong date, the date of stay was planned for November 18, but by mistake it was formed on November 19, 2024 the detailed address of the hotel is No.263 Hollywood Road, Central, Central and Western District, Hong Kong, China. I came there at 12 pm with hoping for a solution to the current issue and receiving support from you. However, this did not happen, I lost the whole day waiting for a decision, and in the end I was refused a change in the booking date from the 19th to the 18th. The service provided by your hotel needs serious improvement, and since you refused to change the date, and the funds paid for my stay were lost. All impressions of the trip to Hong Kong were crossed out by your team, in fact, you literally left me on the street before the flight home. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
