The Silveri Hotel Hong Kong – MGallery Collection(Accor Group)

Good hotel overall, very convenient to the mall and food. Friendly staff and amenities are great, def very popular among foreigners too since it's so close to the airport. Take S1 bus to airport, I think it runs 24/7.

Hotels in HK is generally not big. But this hotel is comfortable and location. Is good! S1 bus right at the bus terminal in basement of City Gate to go airport or conference centre. And train station is right at the mall to City.

Very convenient as it is situated in Citygate and minutes away from Asia-World expo via taxi.

Beautiful hotel. Room is nice comfortable and roomy and has a great view. Club lounge is also nice with a few corners to sit down at and do work or have a few drinks. Gym is well equipped and great! Buffet breakfast is great and the green surroundings make you forget that you're in a very urban area. There's also a bar that I wish I had time to go to, the view looks great! Swimming pool was a little hot due to the sun but that can't really be helped. The only real drawback is that its entrance is through a small corridor in one part of the mall. Fortunately we didn't encounter any crowds but I can imagine it might be a little inconvenient at times.

For birthday celebration, a little bit disappointed with the service provided overall. A bit robotic service during the stay, it's awkward that the jacuzzi pool is very close to the staff station. Hardly relaxing for the city gateway. Even the package shown there includes an in-house dining credit/coupon, no staff mentioned that.

Early check-in made all the difference – perfect for transit stays! We had an early morning flight into Hong Kong, and we were so grateful that the hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in for us. It made a huge difference – we got some proper rest before our connecting travel, and it really turned our transit day into a relaxing one. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids – good enough for them to splash around and have fun. For the adults, the location is unbeatable. The outlet mall and dining options right downstairs are fantastic – shopping and eating couldn’t be more convenient. Highly recommended for families or anyone transiting through Hong Kong who needs comfort, convenience, and a bit of luxury. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. The location is very good because it's next to a mall within walking distance. We had a room with an ocean view. Very happy with the stay.

About 10 min. By taxi from airport. Right above the outlets. Room is not big but it's Hongkong, so acceptable. Room is clean and staffs were helpful.

The hotel is near to shopping mall which is very easy to shopping and eating. The view is nice and easy to cable car station
