Receptionists are not friendly to visitors. Tight check out time at 11:00 am. Many alternative hotel choices nearby, will not stay again.

Room size is quite big compared to normal hotel in Hong Kong, provided 2*can of water daily, provided toothbrush. Location is good.

Excellent choice for visiting Homg Kong at a very convenient price. It's literally on the metro station, and about 10 m from the Tramways stop, 20m from a Seven Eleven shop. Very helpful reception desk. Doesn't have luxury nor further services, it's just that. In my case was perfect.

- side entrance, it's not known at first sigh where are you supposed to enter - maybe get rid of the bathtub. it seems excessive - dont expect much of a view for superior room + great location. next to MTR exit, trams stop right in front and sheun wan is just near walking distance away + ac is cold enough without having adjust the temp too much + there is a working desk if needing to get some light work done

The location is good. Just next to Exit A2 of the MTR Station. The room is clean and comfortable. I like the room as it is bigger than most of the hotel rooms in HK I like the toilet because it's clean and not too small for me. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great value for small money (for HK ;) )

Right next to Sai Ying Pun subway exit A2, entrance in a small alley but safe and bright. Friendly staff at check-in on 7/F, spacious room, clean, comfy bed and pillows, decent amenities, friendly housekeeping ladies :) great value for money, would recommend. Only suggestion: WiFi can be more stable/ faster :)

Located close to mtr station and highly accessible to central. Pleased with the cleanliness of hotel.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation options and convenience store. The room is clean and spacious. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They have luggage storage service. It’s pretty good. But the air conditioner has only cool, dry and wind mode. When we stayed there, the weather was cool and we felt cold during the night and got a flu after. And there is no laundry in the hotel.

Great bed and bathtub but no power converter in hotel room, should provide for non european electronics.

Because of an issue related to the guest room, we stopped staying at the property since 2019. This time around, we gave it a fresh try. For us, the property has always been one of our favourites in Hong Kong.

It very cleaning and near to the MTR, good location for everything

Booked a family room for 4 nights and I must say the room fits our needs perfectly. The room is spacious with 2 toilets which is a perfect plus. Highly recommend for family with kids. Located next to MTR entrance and tram stop provides accessibility. Nice sea view.
