Excellent location, very convenient access to MTR station (Jordan B2 exit). Walk across the street on Jordan just outside the Kowloon Union Church (less than 150m from hotel), there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport (Bus A22). Very close to all food/restaurant/shopping, plenty of convenient stores and pharmacies around the corner Friendly receptionist especially the ladies on morning/day shift. Nighttime staff rarely acknowledge when you enter/exit the lobby. Staff able to help with directions/time for airport bus. Bedroom amenities: Hotel is boutique style, retro feel. Good and clean presentation in lobby and restaurant. Bedroom is small rooms but expected because of limited space and property value in Hong Kong. (Double bed, with 2 single beds pushed together). Very small desk with minimal work space. Faster dryer, small safe (did not use), no refrigerator, one kettle and 2 drinking glasses but no coffee/tea sachets. Small sink immediately upon entry and across from bathroom. Not enough wall hooks or hangers. Cool AC, comfortable beds, warm blankets. Indoor shoes provided. Mentioned before booking so is already aware of this: Limited amenities provided - shampoo/conditioner, body gel, hair dryer, 1 floor towel, 2 bath towels. No basic toiletries, no hand soap. No housekeeping unless requested (we never use this service when we travel since we are very clean and organized). Breakfast for purchase but hotel does provide free coffee/tea with bread (jam & butter) on weekdays only. Cleanliness: Duvet cover had some red stain. Round dark stain on the carpet about the size of a dime (not sure if it is ketchup or blood). Also found very fine strands of hair around the toilet and one used contact lens stuck behind sink faucet. Bottom of the shower door does not have edge trim so water can seep out and wet the outside floor. Some mold around the shower caulking and around the sinks. Good water pressure and hot water, shower handle mount is loose.

The location is excellent. Airport bus station is just 1 minute walk from the hotel and the station to airport is just opposite of the road. Room is bigger than expected that at least there's space to open my luggage. Room is clean and tidy but it would be good to provide hand wash/soap and cups for in case need to make some hot drink.

Staff is good service. Available to deposit luggages before check-in time (14:00). In room has hair dryer, refrigerator, slipper, liquid soap&shampoo. But there is no water drinking and re-filled drinking water dispenser machine. Triple room is pretty good because quite large area. House keeper clean the room everyday. Hotel is located very good location that is convenient for taking bus and MTR.

Room is very small. There was cockroach inside the room. Front desk services not very friendly.

The location is great, few minutes walk to the MTR Jordan station. There are a lot of restaurants around, very happening. The hotel room is simple and clean, have a very pleasant stay. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future.

Nice location. Clean room. Very near to A22 Airport bus stop and to Jordan metro station. Also near to Nathan main road

Good location but staff is not kind. I booked a room at a not-so-cheap price, when I checked out and waited for the time to the airport, the staff looked at me as they didn’t want me to wait in the lobby.

The people at reception were really kind. They have an adaptor for non HK chargers. The location is great and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel is near the subway.

I liked the hotel and I would visit it again. Pros: great location! It is located in an interesting place next to the subway, but you can't hear the noise from the street. There are many cafes and shops nearby. A great location to explore the city. You can take a bus from the airport directly to the hotel. The room is a good size by local standards. There were 2 adapters for local electrical outlets in the room. Cons: there is no refrigerator in the room, and the safe did not work. In the 3 days that I was there, they never cleaned up. There was no hand soap and water was leaking out of the shower. Overall, I liked the hotel. It was nice and clean inside.

We used to come in this hotel a lot in the past. The hotel has gone down in service, price, breakfast and cleanliness. The staff is not bothered behind reception, towels are only replaced if you ask and the breakfast that was good in the past has been replaced by preselected meals. It’s a shame what new management can do to a hotel that was doing well in the past.

Location: okay Room: scruffy & a bit threadbare Amenities: had to exit lobby & go back on to the street to re-enter the lift lobby to take a lift to my room. Hotel provided a hot water jug but not even a cup. A strange, mean experience!

Good location ,Room clean, close MRT walking distance to restaurant and shopping area .
