Room was great, however toilet could do with a bidet spray. Location wise was not as convenient as taking uber/taxi will incur toll charges everytime you cross to the other HK island.

The service was outstanding. From reception to the concierge, the service was helpful and exceptional. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and were cleaned to a high standard. The hotel is located on the island, around a 9-minute drive from central and a similar walk to MTR. I would stay here again, but I would love it to be 1km closer to the action!

Was been served by hotel Called “m… ..”the worst hotel manager I met in all my trips without exaggeration. Actually, for service You deserve 0 star, Giving you 1 star as per the system is very generous from my side … shower tile made me feel 🤮 I do not recommend this facility .

Good hotel for price compared to other hotels on Hong Kong island. The hotel area is away from the nicer spots in town.

The hotel itself is great for a night or two stay. It’s about 5-10 minutes from the W hotel. My friend and I didn’t explore the area much but from what we can tell the area is not as fancy as some of the other hotels and it was way overpriced for the weekend traveled. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpfull.

As usual in Hong Kong, the service is adequate but rather cold. The airport express bus is just across from the entrance so very convenient to the airport. There's lots of local transportation options right next to the hotel so very easy to explore HK. The hotel itself is excellent commiserate to the price.
