Breakfast was ok, room was ok but i was given room with no city view although the web said city view

Room is not properly cleaned for months, even years.

very good seaview, nice beddings and good to have all amenities ready.

Is a very old hotel. Drainage got issued, water flowed very slowly, so we got a room upgrade. The lights in the room are dim and the power point is limited. Other than the location is good, will not go back again.

Second time staying here and I enjoyed it both times. Fantastic service from the staff and nice facilities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna). Room is a decent size for Hong Kong and is designed with the customer in mind. Would come back again!

Room great, view great. Have stay here before and would again. Only issue was shower pressure and heat wasn’t great.

Booking for the normal room but got upgraded to the suite room. Cozy and spacious room that I have ever stayed in Hong Kong with small living room and kitchen. Would recommend and definitely come back to same hotel again

The room does not look that new but it is clean and spacious. Also, it is close to TST area which is convenient

Hi I received a free upgrade to a suite with a separate living room and kitchen and it was so spacious, especially for Hong Kong hotel room standards...the views from both the room and living room was also super amazing...you could see everything from the Hong Kong Convention Centre to the Bank of China building. Location is quite good too.:)

I booked a premium king size bed room but I was told the hotel is quite full and only be able to offer me separate beds. Until I expressed my frustration, the front desk finally upgrade me to a premium room.  However, it feels like the place is not properly cleaned. The floor, windows and some other area are dirty. You can see spots in many areas. No tooth brush and water are offered in this hotel as well. The quality of this hotel has really deteriorated and I hope they do something about it. The only good thing about this hotel is close to hung hom train.

Nicest view from the room ,nicer access to downtown of Kowloon area.luxurious vibe and exceptional services! Everything was terrific!

Nice location, near from metro station. No water bottles neither tooth brush.

The hotel is in a great location, just steps away from an MTR station and within walking distance to both Hung Hom and Tsim Sha Tsui (TST), making it convenient for getting around the city. However, the rooms leave much to be desired. The cleanliness is below standard, and there is a noticeable smell of smoke, which can be unpleasant for non-smoking guests. Despite the prime location, the room quality might not meet expectations for those who value a clean and fresh environment.

I really happy for staying in this great hotel, the place is clean and nice area that you can get everything things. And also I like to thanks trip.com for making this happen without them I can’t get a great deals like that. thanks alot 👍
