First of all, the price is too much higher than the hotel services and facilities. I paid 200 U.S. dollars a day, but no water and toothbrush toothpaste were provided. Also, even though it was a non-smoking room, it was unpleasant while the smell of cigarettes was steaming. There was no power plug next to the bed, so I had trouble charging my phone, and this is a place I really don't want to visit again.

The room is not like the one in the picture, it is very different, smaller. to open two large suitcases is difficult. there is no work desk, no drinking water, no shower cap, toothbrush and others. the room is very small

We had a nice room, clean and calm. The hotel is just in front of the metro. So easy to visit Hong Kong.
The view of our room was very nice.
I recommand.

Close to MTR, and the mall, restaurants and the seven11 are in the building, omg what more could you wish for, front desk staffs are very nice, thank you Harbour plaza Metropolis Hotel, can’t wait to make my booking thru Trip.com for my next stay, cos it was way less cost than thru ***********, Tnx yo all❤️🥰❤️

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel from 21 Oct 2025 to 22 Oct 2025. Despite the hotel’s reputation, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my experience.
Firstly, the hangers in the wardrobe were designed in a way that prevented them from being hung outside, as shown in the attached photo. This made it inconvenient to organize my clothing and access items easily. Secondly, the shower in my room had a water hose that was too short and delivered very low water pressure, as depicted in the second attached photo. These conditions made it difficult to use the shower comfortably.
I had expected a higher standard of accommodation given the hotel’s standing, and these issues were particularly disappointing.

Fantastic view, very spacious room as we got upgraded. Lobby staff was helpful generally. However, we were not told the shuttle bus did not allow luggage despite enquiring multiple times and wasted some time.

The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card.
If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied.
Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability.
The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea.
