The hotel location is excellent and i paid extra money to take a room with a harbor view. The grandest view of the hotel comes from the top floor swimming pool which earns all the money paid even though after 8 pm we cannot go in that open terrace area. Gym is loaded with good exercise machines ,also has sauna bath and steam bath. Hotel as per some policy don’t provide toiletries so please arrange your own. Hotel staff is very professional and trained very well. Metro station is walking distance and bus station is also nearby.

This hotel is a little off the city area but transportation wise is still bearable. Nearest MTR whampoa and is within walking distance. Stayed at different. first 2 photos is the cityview. Last photo is Seaview. Seems that the cityview have a bigger room, but Seaview provides a magnificent view. It was raining when we were there but I can't stop looking at the harbour. There are quite a bit of food nearby within 10-15mins. Quiet area but I love this place. Purchased a day -which is quite pricey, food just average in my opinion. As the dining area is pretty small, there are alot of people and the staff have to keep on clearing the table.

Very clean hotel room, great room service, got a free birthday cake when staying there on the birthday day. Got free upgraded to a bigger suite too. I wish they provide hair conditioner on top of shampoo. Overall is really nice!

This hotel has really serious hygiene issue. I regret to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel. I encountered multiple issues that significantly impacted my experience. Initially, I had to change my room twice due to a serious plumbing problem. Upon waking up one morning, I discovered that the toilet water was black. I reported this to the receptionist, who informed me that the plumbing system was being cleaned and promised a cleaner would attend to the issue. However, upon returning late that night, the problem persisted, forcing me to request another room and relocate my belongings by myself. To add to my frustration, I woke up the following morning to find bugs crawling on the bed, which is completely unacceptable( it can lead to health issue). I approached the front desk once again, hoping for a resolution, but was met with mere apologies and an offer to move to yet another room or check out a day prior(I still have 1 night left). I also requested a refund for the previous night, given the unpleasant circumstances I endured, but my request was denied. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I believe these issues need to be addressed to improve future guests' experiences. Cleanliness is indeed a fundamental aspect that greatly impacts your experience with a hotel, would not recommend!

The room is clean. Nice pool and gym, a big choices of the sport equipments in the gym. The staff is friendly. But it's bad that there is not even a small bottle of water in a hotel of this level. Cleaning room every day

The hotel is huge, but it’s really not a five star hotel. The check-in process is crazy, people stand in lines to check in for hours, so be smart and just go directly to the receptionists ignoring their bickering about the checking time and reception opening time. The hotel doesn’t provide water and usual shower necessities in the rooms (the say they do it for the Earth protection against plastic), however, you can purchase all that at the reception. The room design seems nice to the eyes until you actually start using the room as it lacks closet space and storage space in general. However, if you choose a room with harbor view (we stayed at the new tower block on 33rd floor) you won’t notice all the minors ‘cause the view is really stunning. The fitness center could be renewed and the pool could be cleaner. The breakfast selection is various, but it lacks European food and provides yes mainly with Chinese and some Indian meals. The breakfast buffet is open from 7 AM to 10 AM, so keep in mind that if you are even one minute late you won’t be allowed to the restaurant.  The location of the hotel is not really central, it’s about 2 km away from all the activities, however, it’s close to the big bus station and to the metro. And there is also a big promenade right outside the hotel that leads you along the Victoria Harbor to the Stars Alley, K11 mall, Hong Kong museum of Art and the ferry pier.

Location is perfect. Quiet and relaxing with beautiful views of the harbour. Also close to more busy areas such as Mong Kok and close to ferry departure points that take you directly to Central. Whampoa metro station is walking distance from the hotel and taxis are easy to catch right outside the door. The room is stunning and clean. Very modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Checkin is busy so be prepared to wait. Restaurant in the hotel serves incredible food with stunning views. Amazing pool and fitness center.

I like the hotel so much. Everything was so aesthetic and beautiful. The staff was super friendly. They were helpful and I like the hotel so much. I highly recommend people to come and visit the place. The hotel is nice.
