Very nice, the room is luxurious. Because we checked in late, the reception has upgraded us to the suite room.

good hotel, but nothing special, except swimming pool. Location is bad. No water in rooms! Overpriced as well, even in. low season, weekdays. Next time I prefer book any another hotel

The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. The housekeeping service was outstanding, with staff displaying a great attitude and providing excellent service throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the gorgeous seaview overlooking Victoria Harbour and the skyline of Kowloon district—it was simply breathtaking. Additionally, the laundry facilities were clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spacious and immaculate, easily accommodating two people. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

Everything about this hotel is great! Location, service and great price value for money. The outdoor pool was the highlight of our trip!

Excellent on everything. Room, check in, dining, service and most of all, location. We've been staying in this hotel many times this year. At least 3 nights every month. But it's always my wife who booked it. The buffet is amazing, location is very close to the big city of kowloon (TST) and the shopping hub is just around the corner. Overall, VERY GOOD!

I liked the location and the hotel room. I was surprised that there were no basic amenities in the hotel room, not even a bottle of water, not even a toothbrush. I have been to many 5-star hotels, but this was the first time I entered a room that had nothing like this. The view from the room was really beautiful.

Nice Harbour view, near to MTR, plenty of restaurants nearby.

Thank you to Nana front office staff - perfect professional and warm check in experience with outstanding language skills. Room was upgraded to tower sea view so the view was spectacular. Room is everything you would expect from 5* hotel. Clean and quiet. The sound proofing was amazing and bed comfortable.

Nice and clean hotel with amazing view, good location. Suddenly only Hong Kong sockets, take your adapter with you.

I noticed a few things that made no sense for a hotel of this star rating. The mini bar is a joke (see photo). There was no luggage rack, so my suitcase had to be put on the bed to use it. The safe in the room is not secured down, so anyone could walk in and walk away with the safe. I don't like dealing with the virtue signaling people who are still wearing masks, and when I asked the girl to remove it so I could see her face while checking in, she refused. When I spoke to a manager about this, he said that they allow the staff to do what they like. Must be the only business in the world that would allow such a thing.
