Excellent hotel in a convenient location! Less than 5 minutes to the MTR and other amenities. Friendly staff and I was happy to get a room upgrade! The room had everything I needed and I slept so well with no noise!

I just got back from a stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it was really nice!
Cleanliness: First off, the place was super clean. My room felt fresh, and it was clear that the housekeeping team does a great job keeping everything tidy.
Service: The staff were awesome! Everyone was super friendly and genuinely helpful.
Whether I needed recommendations for dinner or help with my bags, they were always there with a smile.
Facilities: The facilities were really good too. I enjoyed the gym and the pool-perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. And the breakfast? So tasty! They had a nice variety, so I never got bored.
Location: The location was a big win. It's close to all the fun spots, and there are plenty of cute cafes and shops nearby. I loved being able to walk around and check out the neighborhood.

Check-in was fuss-free, and the hotel's location is very convenient with a direct airport bus available. The view from the room was beautiful. However, my only complaint is that the room was not soundproof, which made it a bit noisy at times

The room is the right size, I am very satisfied with this, although the hotel floor is high, but there are plenty of elevators, the average waiting time is less than 30 seconds, must be liked. The service staff have a good attitude and pay attention to the quality of service. We will book here next time, and the location is also very good. You can see Victoria Harbour and next to Fortress Hill MTR Station. The transportation is convenient and very good.

Nice seaview and the room is over expectation, not so small. I like the table design which can be used by 2 -3 ppls! Overall satisfy!

This time around i really enjoyed my trip in Hong Kong. The hotel had excellent service, convenient location a few meters away from the metro. I requested a room on higher floors and got the 30th floor with a lovely view of the bay as requested. I will definitely book my next stay in HK at his hotel. Checking out, Maria was helpful they kept out luggage for us and allowed us to freshen up on the 3rd floor before setting off to the train station. Thank you Harbour Grand Hotel for making my stay awesome.
