Overall a great experience at the Cordis. Great location and a lovely hotel. We booked the executive room which gave us access to the lounge on the 36th floor (would highly recommend)

This is the first time I joined the breakfast buffet which was excellent. Worth every penny of it. I’ve never seen such professional work at a breakfast buffet. This is my only go to hotel for the pass 10 years. Love the location. Love the mall.

We booked the studio room for two nights because we liked the windows. The room was clean and spacious. The service was great, everyone was very helpful and polite and we received everything we requested very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our first time staying with Cordis . Location is great with a direct link to the Langham Mall across the road and the train just across the road in the same mall. We join their complimentary wine paring In Ming Cellar and had lunch in their Michelin restaurant Ming court. Service is impeccable and staff are warm and friendly! If you book rooms with the executive levels you can have Lovely breakfast at their executive lounge and complimentary afternoon tea with snacks and drinks wine with light supper in evening  Couldn’t pick better hotel.

Actually the site is near MTR and I would say the furniture might have to be updated as they are a bit old. TV screen cast is malfunctioning. good toilet

Even though the hardware in the room wasn’t the newest, I encountered an issue with the TV screen mirroring. However, their quick response and attentiveness turned a minor inconvenience into a display of outstanding customer service. Within no time, the problem was addressed, and I felt truly valued as a guest. I’d also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the IT Department and Engineering team for their swift assistance—please ensure they receive my appreciation for their hard work behind the scenes. Ernest and Benson’s dedication, combined with the support of these teams, made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Cordis Hotel Hong Kong to anyone visiting the city; their commitment to guest satisfaction is unmatched. Thank you again for an incredible experience

We have been staying at Cordis whenever we come to Hong Kong. This time, Baby checked us in when we arrived and was accommodating to our requests. She was cheerful and courteous throughout and certainly made us very welcomed. We’ll certainly be back at Cordis.

The room size is standard with urban area hotels in Hong Kong. The style is relatively old Mandarin style and need further improvement. The location is easy assess to other tourism spot and convenient

Good location with lots of good food nearby. MTR & Langham is just across the road. Room is spacious, bed is comfy.
