Our family had an unforgettable stay at the Kowloon Shangri-La! From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was exceptional. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. We were impressed by the stunning views of Victoria Harbour and the cleanliness and comfort of the entire suite. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets for the kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offered a range of kid-friendly amenities, including an indoor pool where our children had a blast. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, with easy access to the MTR and being so close to many attractions, including the vibrant Tsim Sha Tsui district. Shopping, dining, and sightseeing were all just a short walk away. Breakfast at the hotel was a real highlight—there was a fantastic selection of both local and international dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel’s team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, whether it was arranging a taxi or giving us helpful recommendations for family-friendly activities around Kowloon. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Kowloon Shangri-La. It truly made our family vacation in Hong Kong special. We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for luxury, comfort, and excellent service. We can’t wait to return!

Like the hotel very much. They allow late check out at 2pm for free upon our request. Will stay again when back in HKG.

Kowloon Shangri-La offers an excellent location with stunning harbor view rooms that truly elevate the experience. However, the service left much to be desired, as some staff were unfriendly (rather rude), and the check-in process was particularly frustrating, with a 40-minute wait. Additionally, the hotel doesn't cater much to children, and the pool is quite small, which might be disappointing for families. While the views and location are a highlight, these shortcomings detract from an otherwise promising stay.

The ambience of the hotel is very good and grand for Christmas! The room has very good view of the Victoria Harbour!

The staff from the concierge to room service is absolutely professional. They are super efficient at providing lounge access.

Second time stay, great location and friendly hospitality, service is always good above standard. Room was upgraded with really nice harbour view, highly recommended!

Good location with lots of food choices & nearby to MTR.

It is centrally located in the Kowloon district and is within walking distance to many eateries and shopping areas. The hotel staff are friendly and the room was very comfortable. You can walk 1 minute from Tsim Sha Tsui East station exit P1.

Beautiful hotel, from the outside it is a rustic charm, and the interior is beautifully decorated too!

Was really looking forward to coning back for my 40th bday as I had stayed for 30th bday 10 years ago. Stayed 2 nights with the family in a Horizon Club room. Room was nice and horizon club benefits are great. No cake or decorations or any mention from staff about my birthday. I guess they don't put much emphasis on celebrations as much as they use to.
