Location is golden this place is in the heart of it, close to harbour many shopping malls local eateries and a few supermarkets. The room is a great little space they provide a safe two sachets of fancy tea a kettle and a multi plug for your devices. Bed is comfortable and shower is clean water pressure is good and water is hot. Very easy to get to airport from hotel as there is bus that can take you there A21 and N21 which is a five minute walk away bus stop outside of KFC. I would 100% use this hotel again

We went to hong kong for holiday. Highly recommended this hotel. Good location. It’s at Yau Ma Tei Station Exit A1. 7-11 nearby and there is a very nice roasted delights nearby too. Good environment, Comfy room. Very nice and friendly staff. Only thing is there is no safe box and fridge in the room. Ps: There is no lift at YMT Exit A1. But there is a lift at Exit B.

Another great stay at this hotel! It’s convenient (right by the MTR metro exit A1), cozy and clean. They’ve recently launched workshops on Japanese and Chinese tea ceremony, as well as healing experiences. Very cool and interesting! The staff speak decent English and are efficient in Mandarin too.

It’s located in the heart of Kowloon. Walking distance to multiple tourist attractions and food options in the area was impressive! It’s my second time staying here. Staff was friendly as usual, room was tidy and clean. The two priorities of me choosing a hotel, they nailed it!

The hotel is located 1 minute from an MTR station. Hotel itself is also decent.

Great location, near bus station and mrt as well.  Provide all necessary amenities. Room value for price.

Quite new hotel, above my expectation!! really surprised upon arrive, just next to Yao Ma Tei MTR, super convenient! Foods/ eateries were everywhere as long as you get down! Though a little crowded and noisy BUT.. come on! this is HK!! Surely would return next time when staying in Kowloon.. well done!

“Convenient and Comfortable Stay!” I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The best part is the hotel’s location—it’s just a quick 3 to 4 steps to the MTR station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great combination of comfort and accessibility!

Booked this hotel as it was central Kowloon and close to the metro and has a bakery opposite. Also there was supposed to be to be an art' exhibition in the hotel. Looked trendy in the pics. When I told a friend that I was staying here for two nights before going to Tokyo he told me this was the red lights district of Hong Kong!!!! OMG!!! I did not know. Last time I was in HK was 2017. So, there's loads of workers' hanging out near the hotel. Quite disturbing if you have kids with you. It's also not the best part of town too i was told and I can confirm that. Bright room but tiny. View out of the window was rough. Shower was dirty and stained. Bed was firm. Was so glad it was only for two nights layover. Bright red entrance door.

It is located in a very central location to go around the various night markets.

The location is so strategic. 1. Take the Yao Ma Tei MTR exit A1 2. It is in ur left hand next to the famous egg turt shop The room 1. The room is kinda small. If 2 persons stay no place to leave ur luggage open together. 2. They creatively decorate the room in very zen style. And provided an iPad next to the bed. We use it for entertainment such as YouTube is just nice. The front desk staff 1. I stay there for 4 nights. Everyday I met different peoples , but all of them are very helpful and friendly. Coming down/ Going to airport 1. Taking bus A21 just outside the hotel road side bust stop. 30min can reach airport. So much easier then taking MTR to airport , take longer time and need to change the train. Food surroundings: 1. Opposite got one famous wantan mee must try 2. Dim Sam pls search London Chinese Restaurant 6 minutes walk from hotel. 3. Red Tea ping shi- milk tea and typical local food Shopping 1. After dim sum at London Chinese Restaurant , just walk across the main road is the Lang Ham shopping mall at Wong Kok. Yao Ma Tei MTR Red line This red line is the main line across the city, hassle free to run around Kowloon and Hong Kong Hong Kong must visit place: 1. You may skip all the temple. For Chinese it looking the same in our country. 2. Central Tai Kwun/Graham Street u can explore whole day here. Together 7 min walk to Central MTR entrance surrounded by many impressive skyscrapers. 3. The Peak u can go in the evening. Night view of Hong Kong.

Very convenient location just a few steps away from Yau Ma Tei MTR entrance. Room was as advertised, clean, well maintained and comfortable.

The room is not clean much also too much dust. When the door close it very loud
