Their service was amazing..The owner was kind and friendly and they were very accommodating.The rooms was clean and very relaxing to stay.. I love to recommend this hostel🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The apartment is clean and quiet. It has a nice, clean kitchen, complete with coffee-making supplies. The rooms are neat and clean. The bathroom is also clean. The owner and staff are not Chinese, but they are friendly and very kind.

The room was quite small and not suitable for two people, it felt more like a single room. However, the location is nice.

Very small room with private bathroom, you get what you pay. The location is superb, just in Nathan road and next to metro station. The staff is very friendly and helpful, free coffee and tea included. The room is located at 16th floor in a old building and the elevator is usually full of people, sometimes you have to queue to jump in.

First interaction with Chinese manager was super friendly and he was helpful however , he left and a manager came on duty at night, Ahmed. 23:55 he is checking in a guest and chatting to the worker who also lives on site loudly and I was woken up. Tried to reason with ahmed and he simply tells me to go away and go back to my room like I am a child. His attitude stinks, he is the rudest ever person I have encountered. Rather than just apologies and say he will speak quietly he shouted that I was disturbing his work. Really unbelievable. This went on for 10 mins of his disrespectful attitude. He has no clue on how to speak to people and reading reviews on multiple other travel websites for this or any of the other names this “guesthouse” uses many mention poor attitude. Please avoid this place. On top of that the skinny man that he was talking to at night was making a lot of noise at 7am which woke me up when he was in the kitchen area. Really poor behaviour. I noticed this morning that the door was filthy and the bathroom had someone clothes wet on the floor in the corner behind the door. Ahmed don’t treat your customers who pay your salary like children, do not argue with your customers, do not shout, do not point, do not blame. The whole conversation has recorded to highlight your bad behaviour.

Yikes! We didn’t even make it to the hotel. We saw the “lobby” and ran out of there immediately! At first arrival we though it was weird that there was a lot of ppl coming in and out of this “hotel lobby” then realized this was something out of New Delhi and realized this was some sort of mini mart for Indians, paki and Muslims. The further we walk in to find our elevator. The worst it got. The smell is unbearable. And a lot of aggressive selling trying to sell us random ****. Then we finally got to the elevator and saw that there was a BUNCH of “guesthouse” here and that you would be like in a floor in a shoebox. My wife was terrified, but I was calming her down and telling her don’t worry it won’t stink upstairs and you’re with me so nothing will happen. Then while waiting for elevator we see that there is an infestation of roaches in the elevator screen. That’s when we picked up and ran out of there immediately. Yikes what a ********!

The hotel owner is very nice and caring. He’s a professional person who speaks both Chinese and English. The hotel was small but very smart, clean and comfortable. The bed was soft too. I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was quiet too.

The location is good, the building itself is quite disturbing (poeple around make it feel not safe), but at the end everything is correct. You could pick it for a cheap alternative. No cleaning though.

Solo traveller from Malaysia🇲🇾. The guesthouse is in crowded area, chungking mansion. Room is clean, comfortable and small as expected. Have a small pantry outside to reheat food and make coffee. Owner and staffs, friendly and helpful . Recommended if you’re on tight budget

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. It wasn't big but that was expected in Hong Kong. We would like to mention that 200 HKD will be charged if you arrive later than midnight. We think this should be properly written in the Trip.com page, since the booking was not refundable. We ended up paying more for that extra fee than per night.

The hotel is located in the famous building Chungking Mansion, the transport is convenient nearby. The room is clean and neat, yet the space is a little bit small. If you travel alone and have limited budget, this hotel would be an ideal choice for you.
