Hotel in good location. Room is quite clean, the staff are very helpful. The down side is the size of the room and shower are small. I am 1.75m and the bed just fits me.

The place was okay. Our first room smelled like smoke so we requested to transfer to a new one. We were given a new room. Decent space. The hotel is not expensive, but dont expect a nice hotel. Location is good.

I am very satisfy to the room. I have peace of mind and I feel so safe. I also enjoy roaming around and it is very convenient for me because so many shops nearby and surely anyone can enjoy shopping

Beautiful hotel, convenient to go around Kowloon.Friendly Front desk staff with excellent services. Love to stay again.

Very central location and around 8 mins walk to Prince Edward MTR entrance. Rooms need a thorough cleaning of the bed underside and bathroom area. Found rubbish under the bed and some private items left by the previous occupants (see pics). The linens were clean though.

Many renovation works in the rooms on the same floor, rather messy.

This is a small hotel. I booked for 3 pax. 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. It is good sleeping or resting. If you are looking for space this is not for you.

The bed size was huge but the room is old and dark . The decoration is old and looks dirty will not stay again .
