I originally booked a triple room, but after checking in, I felt it was a bit too small for three people and our big suitcases. I decided to change to a larger room, and it was so much better, much more spacious and comfortable. All the staff and the owner were super nice and friendly. They really took great care of us, even giving us some snacks and extra amenities when I asked. Overall, I was really impressed with how welcoming everyone was. I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance to come back! ☺️☺️

Great Location & Excellent Service, Highly recommended. This hotel is perfectly located near MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Exit A1, just a short walk to Haiphong Road, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. The lobby is small but of high quality, and the rooms are comfortable. Although we experienced a minor issue with a renovated room, the staff was very accommodating, offering a room upgrade and refunding the unused room. The hotel is close to Michelin restaurants, shopping malls, and Victoria Harbour. While the bathrooms are small, the overall experience was fantastic due to the attentive service, cleanliness, and great location. I would definitely stay here again. Pros: - Excellent location near MTR and attractions - Friendly and helpful staff - Clean and well-maintained rooms - Close to restaurants and shopping You can leave your luggage at the lobby either before check-in or after check-out. The room matches the description, and the price is just right.

I would not recommend this place… I paid 550 rmb per night … bathroom was not clean… on the toilet side there were stains which I do not want to know where they come from… my bed textile had blood spots on it and it was totaly worn out …. I recommend to pay just a little bit more in the same area to get a descent sleep

Room with 2 double beds is just perfect. Great value for the price, awesome view and perfect location. We will definitely book this room every time we are in Hong Kong. It’s clean, and room is quite big if you compare to other options in HK.

Great location which is next to train station but very small room with bad sound proof! If you have troublesome issues with sleeping, please double consider before book! You can hear people next door talking and every single noise they make, also booked non smoking room but we can smell it inside our room!! Bad water heater system because the water will become cold anytime in the middle of bath!!!!!

Joyce House has the perfect location, excellent service, and great amenities. The host is kind, and the Filipina ate who guided us to all the nearby shops and restaurants—offering affordable yet delicious meals—was incredibly helpful (thank you, ate!). We would definitely come back here.

Location is very accessible, in front of MTR TST station. Walking distance to avenue of stars. 💯

This hotel is a very good location. The staff (especially a cute kid at the desk helping his parents) were friendly. The rooms are very clean but small (typical issue in Hong Kong), but if you are there just for tourist purposes and you don't plan to spend long hours in the hotel, then it is fine.

The room wasn't provided as per the image. The room was very small as per the cost. The owner seems not committed to the business. The owner has to understand that tourists come to Hong Kong from all over the world and they should be prepared for that. I personally will not stay in this hotel. But they have a very hard working and honest Indonesian staff.

Besides the location, there is nothing nice about. Maybe there was too much workload, the middle-aged man at the reception was not very friendly during our check in. And was so impatient when we told him there was no toilet paper in toilet when we returned to the room at 9ish pm, he was sleeping already but the sign said the reception service is until 24:00. The room is smelly, beddings are full of mites which make us itchy all over, we have to sleep in clothes in order to get a few hours sleep. We will never stay there again.
