Staff were super helpful and friendly, great location and zero steps which is great for luggage. I’ve stayed in other hotels around the area in the past, but I would 100% recommend and stay again here!

I originally booked a triple room, but after checking in, I felt it was a bit too small for three people and our big suitcases. I decided to change to a larger room, and it was so much better, much more spacious and comfortable. All the staff and the owner were super nice and friendly. They really took great care of us, even giving us some snacks and extra amenities when I asked. Overall, I was really impressed with how welcoming everyone was. I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance to come back! ☺️☺️

Great Location & Excellent Service, Highly recommended. This hotel is perfectly located near MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Exit A1, just a short walk to Haiphong Road, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. The lobby is small but of high quality, and the rooms are comfortable. Although we experienced a minor issue with a renovated room, the staff was very accommodating, offering a room upgrade and refunding the unused room. The hotel is close to Michelin restaurants, shopping malls, and Victoria Harbour. While the bathrooms are small, the overall experience was fantastic due to the attentive service, cleanliness, and great location. I would definitely stay here again. Pros: - Excellent location near MTR and attractions - Friendly and helpful staff - Clean and well-maintained rooms - Close to restaurants and shopping You can leave your luggage at the lobby either before check-in or after check-out. The room matches the description, and the price is just right.

We had a fantastic stay at Joyce House! As a family, we were impressed with the exceptional cleanliness and well-maintained amenities. The location was also perfect—it's truly the best, with the station literally right in front of the building. The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. We highly recommend Joyce House for families looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

Location is great but room very small and noisy. Lift very slow. Only one good thing is location 👍 and others not good. 👎

I would not recommend this place… I paid 550 rmb per night … bathroom was not clean… on the toilet side there were stains which I do not want to know where they come from… my bed textile had blood spots on it and it was totaly worn out …. I recommend to pay just a little bit more in the same area to get a descent sleep

Room with 2 double beds is just perfect. Great value for the price, awesome view and perfect location. We will definitely book this room every time we are in Hong Kong. It’s clean, and room is quite big if you compare to other options in HK.

Great location which is next to train station but very small room with bad sound proof! If you have troublesome issues with sleeping, please double consider before book! You can hear people next door talking and every single noise they make, also booked non smoking room but we can smell it inside our room!! Bad water heater system because the water will become cold anytime in the middle of bath!!!!!

Joyce House has the perfect location, excellent service, and great amenities. The host is kind, and the Filipina ate who guided us to all the nearby shops and restaurants—offering affordable yet delicious meals—was incredibly helpful (thank you, ate!). We would definitely come back here.

Location is very accessible, in front of MTR TST station. Walking distance to avenue of stars. 💯
