Good place to stay! Very clean and tidy. The only hard thing was to enter the property since I do not have WeChat it took longer to get in touch with the owner.

A bit hard to find and after a veeryyyy lengthy check-in(waited an hour in front of the door just to get the codes as the WeChat did not work, managed to add on WhatsApp eventually), the stay was quite good, very clean! Stayed in the 6-bed female, separated room, which was a good choice, it had a separate bathroom & toilet!

Almost everything was clean, the cleaner came to the dorm every morning and would swap the floor, clean the bathroom floor, and changed checked-out persons bed sheets. Amenities like toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash was also available. Even towel(i could smell the detergent)was provided. And there was double keypad for entering the female dorm. But in order to get the password for entering, you have to contact the owner by WeChat or WhatsApp. If I revisit Hong Kong, I will definitely come to Lily Inn. FYI you have to search as TST Hostel to find it on Google map or Citymapper.

So great！The Best rest place I play in hongkong.It is set in the convenient place,and so cheap .i am 16 come here alone.The aunt who does the clean is so so dutifully,she is soso good at cleaning work and so work—hard.beaches of her the environment is clean.after a guest gone,she will replaces the things,👍👍👍the boss needs to increase her money

The place was very clean and location next to TST metro was good; checking was ok but the issue wad that they only have a wechat contact so that did not work well for me. Furthermore: there is no common area whatsoever and the showers and toilet in the room are just with alighting, milky glass doors so as soon as someone enter in the night you can see the light & hear the noises in the entire room which is not great. Really do not understand why it has to be glass doors; so for the price you find better options tbh…

I stayed in the 4-bed female dormitory for 5 nights - I would stay here again next time. definitely high value for money in inexpensive city like Hong Kong.  LOCATION: Perfect 10/10 location, 1-minute walk to a Tsim Sha Tsui train station entrance, which is 1 stop away from the high speed rail station. The location is unbeatable, it’s pretty much middle of Hong Kong city and there are many fantastic cha chaan tengs and Michelin-recommended foods close to the hostel. I felt completely safe staying at this hostel as a solo female. ROOM: The room & en-suite were very clean for a hostel, and were cleaned every 1-2 days. The mattress was too firm for me, but I layered many spare blankets on top and it was fine. Aircon works perfectly and is cold. There is free unlimited filtered cold & boiling water. The soundproofing is excellent, you don’t hear any street noise. OTHER GUESTS: This hostel suits people just wanting a clean bed to sleep in. The other guests mostly kept to themselves and were all completely fine, except one Mainland Chinese adult who was very friendly and tried to be courteous but did have toilet flushing habits and cleared her throat extremely loudly at 6:30am. I am Mainland heritage myself and this is somewhat common for some Mainland demographics. I think this is good to be aware of if you’re staying in hostels in the China region for the first time. Of course, it’s not the hostel’s fault. As with all hostels anywhere, bring ear plugs and an eye mask and you will sleep just fine. CHECK-IN: To hopefully help future travellers, here is the checkin process: * The hostel is in Block A of Tsim Sha Tsui Mansion. There are 2 different entrance corridors 5 metres apart, you can use either one. Just sure you use the Block A/B elevator and not the Block C/D one. * If you are staying in the 4-bed female room, the room is on Floor 14 (despite what the Trip.com check-in instructions said). * On arrival, you scan the QR code at the door to get the hostel’s WeChat username. Send an add request on WeChat, then use the Trip.com app’s free internet call to call the hostel to accept your WeChat request - they picked up immediately. * Then, the hostel will WeChat message you the door codes to get into the hostel & room. Also, one elevator is closed midnight to 6am every night, so you will have to use the elevator in the other corridor.
