Good location. Fresh rooms. Well maintained facilities. Nice sauna and gym with the view. Beautiful swimming pool at the rooftop as well as the bar and the restaurant.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I also really appreciated the convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My best friend and I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour and had a fantastic experience! The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing view that really enhances the overall atmosphere. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Joy at the check-in desk. He went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect, helping us make reservations at local restaurants and checking in regularly to see if we needed anything. His attentiveness and friendliness made a significant difference in our stay. I truly appreciate all the effort he put into making our experience special. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel!

Staffs were very sweet, it was my wife’s birthday. I didn’t say anything at check in since they have her passport photo, they give us a cake!

Check in is a bit slow as usual. Check out slightly faster. Our second room always not ready even when we checked in after 4pm. Sea view was great. Room size is just enough but if you have multiple luggages to deal with you might have difficulty. No extra water provided.

Great! Rooms a bit small and could be closer to an MTR station but all round good experience.

The hotel is super near to MTR station of North point, exit from A3. The staff is really friendly, the room has habour view and it's super clean. I will definitely stay here if I am coming to HK next time.

Room was clean and pristine, no complaints at all. Had a good night's sleep. East wing has a great harbor view. Location is near a lot of local shops and market. Staff were accommodating. They brought up an HK power adapter to my room. Had a relaxing detox time at sauna and steam rooms. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel and its neighbourhood made our stay feels like home! Even we are from Hong Kong, just a getaway trip for the weekend. The location of the hotel is very convenient close to the MTR station, surrounded by many local restaurants and supermarket. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The gym is fantastic, opens 24-hours, with sea view. Good variety of the machines are available. Haven’t got chance to use the infinity pool but it looks cool! Love the “explore North Point” programme that allows visitors to follow the guide, trying some local food with the voucher. It was fun! As a hongkonger we had so much fun to explore and try new things! Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend this hotel for tourists!

Good job and than good service and than good sea view and good swimming pool

A nice room but it was a bit awkward to navigate the hotel, with 2 towers only connected at the base.

The location from the hotel to the MTR is very near. The hotel quite new and very clean. All the rooms see the Harbour view. So we don’t need to worry about what kind of view we will get.

Hotel checkin is absolutely pathetic. Room was also pretty average with a Harbour view in the East wing looking further out to the East of the Harbour with obscured views due to the adjacent rooms . Not a very well designed building. When lazing on the couch by the window you a glaring directly into the adjacent room and the windows are not sufficiently glazed for privacy. Rooftop pool is excellent however it opens between 7am and 8pm so you cant really enjoy the view while swimming at night. This is Hyatts version of the mondrian but it feels very cramped and the hotel is morphed into an existing building by way of major refurbishment. Didnt really like the staff attitide either and I got the impression most of them were inexperienced
