I booked 2 rooms, basic double and triple family.
Pro- near Kowloon West /Austin station if heading to Mainland China, 2 block walk with luggage. Great and responsive hotel manager Mr.Chan. Basic double without windiw adequate A/C and rreat value at t2 usd.
Cons- poor wifi. For the triple family room - tge shower drainage clogged and flooded unit and hall.; and inadequate air conditioning unit for large room. Called at 10:45 p no answer in semi emergency.

I had a really wonderful stay here. The friendliest host, and so smiley. We used google translate to work around our language barrier when needed. The room had everything I needed, was very quiet and clean. It’s perfect for a traveller exploring the city. Location is super central, with plenty to explore. Although I only stayed for one night, I wouldn’t hesitate to return for a longer stay. Thank you! 🙏💛

It's surprising they don't have a sign up anywhere on the 12th floor. You have to go right up to the door in the corner to see any sign that this room is the guesthouse. Strange.
The room is tiny, but can't expect much more in HK for a few hundred dollars. It has all you need for a good night's sleep. One night is definitely enough though.
Anyway, friendly lady running the place and the location is absolutely perfect for Kowloon West station.

跟朋友一塊來香港的 也是提前看評價了 在一晚六百多這個價位已經很不錯了
衞生：衞生特別好 非常乾淨 沒有蟑螂 沒有毛髮 更沒有傑瑞的聲音 這個價格真的沒什麼説的
設施：在香港西九龍高鐵站附近 有柯士甸和佐敦地鐵站 地理位置優越 房間內有一個轉換插頭 就是我和朋友個子太高 體格比較大 房間住起來有點小
預算有限的話一定要選惠華！
服務：房東是陳先生和陳太太 陳先生特別熱情的接待我們 耐心給我們講解酒店設施使用事項 退房後還給我打個電話 祝我一路順風！

房間很乾凈，麻雀雖小五臟俱全～
老闆娘也超級熱情，靠近地鐵柯士甸/佐敦，樓下也有吃的/便利店
唯一小小的問題是WiFi，一直斷不太用得到 不過還可以用流量 😄

房間比較寬敞而且床特別大床單又十分白凈，在香港就算是去住一晚上千的酒店床也不大。我們一家三口小孩還可以在房間裏到處奔跑爬上爬下，尤其是房間裏有很多櫥櫃抽屜的空間可以放東西，我們住了五天東西多特別方便，行李箱就放在床底下不佔空間。
而且廁所特別大熱水也比較強，洗澡前打開開關就會自動燒水，香港住酒店有這麼寬敞的廁所很不容易，而且廁所也特別乾淨。酒店配備有微波爐和大冰箱就在大廳，我們可以給小孩準備輔食特別方便，還配備桶裝水開飲機，隨時都有冷熱水可以用，煮泡麪泡茶泡咖啡特別方便，特別有家的感覺。
酒店門口配備24小時監控，下午出門會自動過來打掃房間廁所丟垃圾，添加盥洗用品，還會把地拖乾淨，對我們帶娃特別方便。老闆和老闆娘為人熱情大方，不時噓寒問暖，我們退房後去搭機場快線還幫我們拖行李到路口因為行李比較多。
酒店臨近佐敦和柯士甸地鐵站還有九龍站機場快線，附近有不少特色餐廳茶餐廳冰室燒烤麪包店洗衣店便利店還有街市傳統菜市場買菜買外帶特別方便。重點是附近還有個遊樂場可以帶小孩去溜滑梯發泄精力晚上好睡覺，總之特別適合親子出遊。小區治安良好人都很有禮貌還會幫忙開門方便我們帶嬰兒車進出。
我們連住五天感覺賓至如歸小孩住慣了都不想走了。酒店提供4G和5G的Wifi也很方便，最好還是提前自己上網買些香港漫遊流量出行導航比較方便。我們下次去香港還是會再住這間酒店因為實在性價比超級高找不到其他這麼好的，祝老闆老闆娘生意興隆平安健康！
