The location of the hotel is a little far from the metro station and need to walk about 8-10 minutes. Nearby area you can find many restaurants and bars. Room is clean and tidy. Check in counter is on the P floor.

there was leakage near the toilet and the water spread across entire floor in the photos it can be seen that the door slider already rusted because of water leakage and during the checkout the help desk says that ohh there is water in the entire washroom they pretend to be like we did that whereas they are well aware if the fact that it’s a leakage

Many ants and cockroaches around. Lock is not working and I cannot sleep all night have to place the tiny chairs and my luggage behind doors. At night you will hear weird noises like furniture moving or renovation noises so loud i almost call the police. Otherwise location okay but the hotel not ! Rooms are very tiny

Cleanliness: The room is clean. No unusual odor. They change the towels and clean the room daily. Location: quiet environment; 1-3 mins walk to restaurants, Wellcome grocery, 7 eleven, money exchange; 4-10 mins walk to bus station (Rosary bus stop) and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Road to the hotel is steep. Service: Hotel Staff is attentive to our needs and concerns Amenities: you can leave your luggage at the lobby while waiting for check in time. There are no free shampoo and soap but they have vendo for basic needs or you can go to the nearby grocery store (Wellcome) to buy your necessities. They offer powerbank rental at the lobby (30 HKD per day)

Quite steep area you need to walk you only get 1 room key and also ask you 1000 cash deposit upfront which is very weird but they did call me in advance so I was prepared, room is spacious for the price but absolutely no amenities so either buy everything outside yourself (toothpaste shampoo etc) or u can purchase at the lobby

Location is very good. The room was huge & clean but lacked basic things like sandals, bathing soap, toothbrush/paste and complimentary water. Service is good . However, their policy for HK$ 1000 deposit is awkward as they don’t accept credit card deposits.

I like the location which is very convenient and the staff is very nice also the room is big and clean

The location of this hotel is little difficult to find for foreginer by using google map as it showed the other way to reach. It was not from the main road direction. Check in and check out processes are easy. HKD1000 deposit is required upon checked in and refunded upon checked out. I boooked single bed room although the room is small but surprisingly it was very clean. When I entered the room the air-cond was on. Thus, I did not feel warm. One thing was not good is the air-cond fan and exhuast fan in the toilet are noisy. The matress is little hard and the pillow is quite thin. I will consider to stay here if I visited HK once again because it is value for money and its location is good. Many shops nearby after walk down from the hill a bit.

Difficult to find. But go to the Observatory a short steep hill in Observatory Court. Take lift to floor P for Checkin. They demand HK$1000 deposit. Disposable need to ask a checkin. room size small. very basic room.

Firstly 1000 hkd deposit is absurd no information was given regarding deposit. Toilet is poorly maintained, the toilet bowl was already semi clogged and when reported staff insisted to charge 500hkd on my deposit and still try to manipulate that thdy usually charge 2000hkd for this situation totally unacceptable. Rooms are extremely small to even open your luggage. For the price you can definitely book a hotel at a much better place. If you are thinking of staying here just a friendly advice DO NOT STAY STAY ELSEWHERE

Room is small and ideal only for a solo traveller.No water and toiletries provided.Location is on a hill top..but near to restaurants,Malls and the harbour. Requires 1000hkd cash deposit so be ready with some cash.Ac and water heater works fine.Room is clean.

Difficult to get to if you have luggages as it is up a hill. Also difficult to get taxi as it is a cul de sac. The room does its job. It is clean. Water pressure for shower good.

Its on the hills but nearby to the restaurants when you go down its clean but you have to have 500hkd on hand for security deposit when you check in and when you check out you can have it back
