The overall experience was very bad. The first night, I had to sleep in another room because mine didn’t offer self checkin. Both beds in that room were dirty and the towels had stains. Furthermore, the room smelled very badly and I didn’t get any toilet paper. Then I got to move to my actual room which didn‘t have a window even though I booked a superior double room. It wasn‘t made clear in the booking process that these rooms don‘t offer windows either. In the second room, the bed sheets also had stains, there was someone else’s hair on the bed pillow and all over the bathroom. Also please be aware that the beds are shorter than normal. Even though I am only 174cm, my feet didn’t fit inside the bed if I lay down straight. It was not allowed to use the lock on the door. On my last day I wanted to leave my luggage at their luggage storage. They tried to force me to give them a good review by saying that the luggage storage would only be free if I give them a good review right away. Only after I had reminded them that they offer this service for free and that I will not do that, they accepted to store my luggage. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the location and that they quickly answered to my email before my stay.

Near at the MTR exit and very convenient and bed is comfy as well the location is at the center of tsim sha tsui. It also comes with a hair dryer and charging ports. The hot water also was very useful in this cold winter season. We arrived late at 12 midnight but their checkin time is up until 11 pm only. So i contacted them, and they gave me their whatsapp number. And from there one I was assisted by David. They gave very detailed explanation of the process and self check in was smooth. They are very accommodating. Wifi is fast. Overall the stay was 10/10 will book it again when we are in hk.

Perfect location! Next to TsimShaTsui exit N5. Can also leave bagguage before checkin time.

Blankets on 2 beds were dirty and Smelly!😒 We did not use the blankets . All of us did not sleep well!

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest or had that much to it, but for the price we paid it was fine and made do. It took a bit of time to check in. The location of the hotel was very good😊

Thank you for giving us a comfortable place to stay. It's also close to tourist spots and the city center.

Positive: Location. Negative: Small, smelly, quite dirty, and next to strangers' living rooms. No towel exchange. No toilet cleaning. Room is not even close to the photo. The check-in process is ridiculous, takes forever and the reception is clearly understaffed. Not worth the money.

The room number 809 which we stayed in we enjoyed our holiday in HK definitely recommend room facility is great we will come back Thanks Mr David

Friendly staff at arrival and decently easy to find location (13th floor). Room was small as expected but we were pleasantly surprised by having a big window. The room itself was filthy and damaged; candy wraps, bottle caps, hair and old towels were left behind, the shower and towel hangers were broken. It is a hand-held shower that did not provide warm water (also after following the instructions presented). Beds are small and equipped with thin mattresses. We are satisfied as we knew what were getting ourselves into, also due to its affordability, and the location of the hotel is great.

Good for budget traveller's. Decent clean room but very small rooms. Value for money accommodation
