A decent hotel for a night or two. Location isn’t super close to downtown but the tram and the MRT are nearby. A little disappointing in terms of cleanliness, my towel had hair in it. Walls are also not the best for isolating noise.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share this experience. I was really looking forward to this trip and paid over 5,000 baht for my stay, expecting decent service and a smooth check-in — especially on the first day. Unfortunately, everything started going wrong from the beginning. At check-in, I was told my room was on the 11th floor, but it was actually on the 19th. I don’t understand why I was given the wrong information. Later, I tried to charge my phone using an adapter I brought from Thailand, but it didn’t work properly — possibly due to low voltage. I charged for almost 2 hours and the battery still didn’t go up. I asked the front desk if I could charge my phone there just for a few minutes while waiting for my friend to bring another adapter, but they refused and told me to buy a new one from the vending machine, which was quite expensive. I felt that was very unfair because I had my own equipment. I even brought my adapter down to show them and asked if they could check the electricity in my room. A housekeeper came twice and said the power was working, but still, my phone didn’t charge. I was exhausted from explaining everything again and again. The receptionist asked if I wanted to change rooms, but I was already too tired. All I wanted was to charge my phone. Finally, a kind housekeeper lent me her personal adapter — and I could finally charge my phone. By then, it was already late. I hadn’t eaten and most of the shops nearby were closed. What was supposed to be a relaxing first day turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience For the 5,000+ baht I paid, I honestly don’t think it was worth it. I expected better service from the start.

Front Desk customer service is good. Staff is helpful and courteous. Clean and tidy room. Good location. It is convenient to travel around

Good condition and services Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus, So many Shopping centres and food centers I lounge for simple bread and juices for breakfast. Also 24 hours drinks and coffee is a very good offering. Littel breads for different kind of style , very fresh and good taste , apple or orange juices for the breakfast offering too. Conclusions are very perfect

the hotel is good, location is good, near metro. alot of restaurants around, we enjoyed the food for affordable price.

Given its competitive rate, iClub Fortress Hill is more than worth aside from peak season. Pleasant surprises that simple breakfast of various breads and few drinks options are offered on complimentary basis, also simple/basic gym facilities are provided.

Staying at Iclub fortress hill hotel was amazing. Location is very strategic, easy to access to harbor and parks. Metro station is just 5 minutes walk from hotel, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was 15 m which is much bigger than other options in HK. Bed was comfortable, towels were fresh. They provide all necessary amenities. Only one downside is that the water from their water station has very strange flavor, they don’t provide bottled water:( Overall our stay was great, thanks to this hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel with my mom, and I’m so glad I did! It was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. It was also spotlessly clean. After day by day, I must stay here again.

Need a temporary short stay due to home emergency repair. Overall an acceptable hotel stay that fit the price. One thing that bothered me is the wardrobe light cannot be turned off, disturbing my sleep.

One of best value hotels in HK. Good location near the MTR station and airport bus. 711 right downstairs if you need anything at any time

Although we always knew that Hong Kong are lack of courtesy, but even now most of the restaurants are improving their services, the hotel top management should really need to enhance training on their front desk staff esp in handling your hotel guests, at least, teach them to smile and greet their guest, not being sex discrimination, but ALL female front desk staffs is terrible in treating the guests, we are not the only one, I hv witnessed all the bad or snobbish behaviour by your female front desk, it is unacceptable since you are in hospitality field. The other 2 male staff is relatively better compared to the rest, which made them stand out among the rest. We total stayed in 9 nights, and was told only allowed one time room cleaning throughout the whole stay, as they mentioned we only entitled once per week, so we did politely request for a second cleaning on our 7th day, as we thought we can request a 2nd round since we stay for 9 nights which is approximately 1 and a half week to be precise, however they have rejected us rudely, though we can’t rationalise the logic on the number of times for the room cleaning, the most unacceptable is the manners of how they treat their guests. Overall the stay experience was bad and ruined by the staff’s attitude. Th

Good location with lots of eateries. Relatively affordable compared to nearby hotels. But was noisy from some engine sound. Not sure what was it but it went on the whole night, might be the lift which is just next to the room… overall value for money hotel albeit the small space.

I extend my stay here again and get a good promotion price. Staffs are so friendly.
