We made the right choice to stay at ying's flo , the location is convenience to travel , closed to Mrt , Ding Ding stop , bus stop . Area is nice and safe . Staffs are nice and helpful . We hope to stay this hotel again for our next visit hk .

Nice size room, really wide and comfortable bed although a little bit too soft for my taste. Cleaning of the room could be a bit more precise but generally clean and pleasant room. Location is nice, close to metro and tram stations.

The location is very convenient. Easily accessible via admiralty MTR station exit F. Exceeded my expectations with amenities like bedroom slippers, hair dryer Room size is good as you can see there is enough room for 2 big luggage and a window seat which could double as another luggage stand. Spent 3 nights here. Will come back again if i am visiting HK again.

clean and cozy. Very recommend if you travel around Hongkong by bus. Near hotel have many good coffee shop. Staff also nice and helpful.

hotel is rather new , with clean room and classy sheets. considerably decent room size for hk standard. location very convenient near metro and tram station. only down side is the hot water pressure in shower is rather inconsistent maybe due to the high floor? otherwise very happy with my stay.

The hotel was a great choice for our stay. It was spotlessly clean, and the location was very convenient, close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly, and the stay was overall very comfortable.

It’s a new hotel and location is alright it’s about 6-7mins walking distance to Wanchai MTR and pacific place. Facilities wise, this is no differences to a budget hotel, there is literally no amenities inside the room, no mini bar, no cumb (hotel charge $3 for it😅), no charging cable will be provided, Front desk will ask you to buy it on the vending machine at the lobby, no coffee machine… When you are paying for USD 170 for a night, I thought this is the basic amenities hotel do provide. I do not suggest this hotel for friends, there are plenty of choices in this price range. Ps. You need to dial 0 for contacting concierge which it doesn’t says on the phone😇

Nice 4-star hotel, clean and nice design. Great breakfast! Easy access to metro (5-6 min walking) and to the tram (3 min) Lots of restaurants around.

Excellent location - great food and great service. Nothing to complain. Excellent venue!
