The room is really really really really good. We really love it so much!

Nearest station is Kwai Hing which takes no more than 20 mins to walk, hotel is cozy and clean. Only cons would be no free drinking water provided and bidet in their cr.

Disappointing experience. Stayed for 5+2 nights and also paid for breakfast. Not only there were limited choice of food, we were served the same food every morning. So disrespectful to guests. The location was bad - in an industrial area and very far away from the MTR station. We needed to depend on the hotel’s shuttle bus which limited our freedom of time. The room layout was even worse. No wardrobe and just a few miserable hooks. We have no place to air our clothes as ours was a seven-night stay. The WC cubicle has no wash-basin. The one and only wash-basin was inside the room beside the bed - and shared by both the WC cubicle and bathroom. The counter top with this built-in wash-basin also double-up as a makeup area. Such inconvenience for friends sharing the room. Electric kettle was provided but there were no complimentary teabags or coffee. Provided only basic items - a pair of toothbrushes given - no shower caps for the ladies...etc. We would never return to this nightmare of a hotel again.

Not a bad hotel for the price, just used as a base, took the shuttle that goes to the station every half hour, on time each time! If only they didn’t have carpets, as it smells, other than that, not too bad.

Hotel Ease Venue is great as it is in the middle of all tourist spots from Disneyland, Nhong Ping, Lantau, Mongkok, Kowloon with very accessible MTR stations with very good complimentary free shuttle bus to Kwai Hing Stations from Hotel Ease (vise versa) helps to reduce fare expenses i give 3👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Hotel price too surely a budget friendly and the staff from reception are accommodating to all our queries where the best way to go on our traget places to visit within Hongkong they can suggest you options on how to get there😊😊😊 That would be great if Bidet in toilet could be suggested to be installed.

Hotel in general is good however every night (4) other guests were very noisy. Slamming doors, shouting in the hallway, very disturbing experience.

It’s a bit far from the metro station. But the room is nice and clean. Staff sometimes don’t know what we’re saying but they are nice.

the toilet smells like sewage when you flush. We stayed in room 706 and 406 and this was the case in rooms. We notified the concierge and they just sent housekeeping to spray some stuff which obviously was not going to help as the problem was with the plumbing. The air conditioner was very noisy. The was no space in the room to open up your luggage but no cover provided to place the luggage on the bed. The shuttle driver was not friendly. The concierge gave us one room key card even two us checked in. The location of the hotel is complicated to say the least. Subway station is not within walking distance. There is no public transport nearby. The only only good point is the shuttle runs until after 10:00 pm. The pictures are very deceptive. Stay away from this hotel.

I have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms here are bigger than the hotels in the same price range and with a better environment. The food in the hotel is good too and value for money. I had been asked by folks twice where I bought my food & groceries during my stay. Seems that most do not know that just a street away, there is a busy street that opens up for biz at 6am and you can have breakfast at various small cafes or even tim sum restaurants. There are also shops where you can buy fresh fruits and a lot of other daily life items. Easy landmark will be the Macdonald's.

Great stay for a few days.The hotel is located far away from the metro station,however they offer a shuttle service which was very efficient and easy to navigate.Hotel staff were always very helpful and friendly.Rooms were good but could benefit from an upgrade.Overall it was a decent 3 night stay.I would highly recommend it to travellers on a budget who still want to enjoy a decent accommodation.

The room is spacious and clean. Shuttle bus service is a great arrangement. However, the room is in poor sound proof. Could hear what the next room talking quite clearly.

Absolutely terrible. Toilet smells like sewer. Hotel personnel not helpful. Location awful.

Amazing stay, huge hotel space for families of 4 for its value. Clean and spacious the only downside was it is far from the city area which we already knew hence it was super valuable for the price. We love staying here
