New n clean hotel. Nice rooftop bar. Small room, small toilet. Very few choices of food in breakfast buffet.

Very nice and new hotel ! friendly and helpful staff ! The beds are comfortable and there is a water fountain on every floor that we can use anytime. The size of the room for HK is also nice ! To be improved: the key rooms.My key didn’t work so I had to go back two times to the reception to get a new one and it took some time.

New and clean. Nearby have MTR station. Can go city easily. Staff are friendly.

Bad Experience. Don’t really know why the bathroom is designed like this??? All the water overflowed and even flow to the carpet under the bed??? I call the reception and she said all the bathroom in my room type is designed like this. But why I’m not informed before I move in?? There is no instruction before I book prior to my travel. I call the staff and the only thing he can do is help me mop the floor… He wear his shoe and stamp on the towel I clean my foot and leg…. Also my slipper is wet and the hotel even didn’t give me a new slipper or the rubber slipper instead.

The sky bar on 15/F is really good. It offers good quality services and a signature cocktail. It's definitely worth visiting and grabbing a drink.

nice, shuttle bus shall be scheduled a longer period

this time is cleaner than the last time i stay. last time there’s something white stain on the headboard that’s not removable. should have requested to change the room. i would say there are many others things that the hotel can still improve. but as a brand new hotel that only opened for 2months, i prefer to trust that they already tried their best.

The provide a shuttle service to KAI Tak MRT station. The room was very nice and clean.

The hotel is fresh new, so there is no much I can say. The hotel room isn’t that big, but perfect for staying and includes all necessary devices. For people who prefer calm atmosphere, this one will be a perfect decision. The only thing I would complain about is pool hours. Maybe it’s better to open earlier than 10 am. That’s all tho!!! Nice time

It’s my first time to stay in this hotel. The room is clean and tidy. The view is also good as it faces the Kai Tak Stadium though parts of the view is still under construction but it doesn’t matter. We even watched for the first competition in the room (thanks front desk for kind free upgrade!😆) Probably will stay in this hotel again in later time!

Thank you for the staff all the way showing theirpolitnes and professionalism and very friendly service. I like the special arrangements such as the room setting and the cake celebration 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Besides , the gym room is great with new gears but there's seemly no yoga mat provided. The room is kinda small and the brand of sampoo and lotion are not my favourable smell and texture. The flexibility of room checking out is great too. But it would be better for extension of the shuttle bus to 2100/2200 during these period cuz still not so familiar with the transportation. Maybe it will be better once the stadium is opened. Breakfast has not much choices but it's enough for the morning intake. Thank you so much for the staff ! Wish you all the best!

Very good experience, new hotel so very clean , the first time book with this hotel. Location a little not convenient but the charge is very attractive. Service is good and the staff is friendly . Highly recommended.only complaint is the pillows have some funny smells.

Hotel room is tidy and spacious for solo traveller. Nothing much around the hotel. Not near Kai Tak MTR station but they have shuttle bus to Airside and Kai Tak MTR station. Breakfast buffet not many choice just enough. Suggest to stay there when the surrounding facility is ready.

Kind staffs and clean facilities. Good breakfast!
