Hennessy Hotel Hong Kong

The first room had no hot water, they changed the room for us.. the second room had warm water, but not warm enough :( then suddenly while sleeping in the middle of the night, the lights turned on automatically, I totally couldn’t sleep well.

Even though the location is good But the condition of the accommodation is very bad even though it was newly renovated in 2023 but uses very low quality materials and equipment that is not durable. The water pressure system is unstable. Some hot, some cold, difficult to adjust. Very low quality faucet Some toilets are stuck, some aren't. Water flows often. Cleanliness must be improved. Cleaning was not thorough and was done after 6:00 p.m. which was inconvenient. Decoration condition Everything uses materials that make photography look expensive. But in reality, you can see that the quality is low at every point. Not strong and very easily damaged Overall the stay was not worth the money spent up to 200usd per night based on unreal photos from trida.com.

The bed is too hard! But the rooms are specious. The hotel is just by Hennessy rd, convenient BUT the bed…

Me and my friend check in for 2nights and we’re so disappointed because they never change our towels, sheets and never clean our room for 2 days.And only words the receptionist said cleaner is busy and i said really???I never expect that kind of answer lol every hotels are busy but yet they can manage the cleanliness and the needs of every guest.So i can really say this hotel sucks 😡😡😡😡😡

Newly renovated hotel, cleaned, comfortable spaced, budget hotel
