terrible experience with unprofessional service 1) dilapidated place with lots of infrastructure problem: broken ceiling light, toilet without door, broken tiles. full of spiders web. 2) hygiene issue: stain on pillowcases, dirty dinning area, with broken tableware. 3) its frustrated that they claimed there was no more room available when we asked for a change. in reality, there were empty rooms with doors open in the following days. This lack of transparency and honesty from the staff is concerning and shows a disregard for customer satisfaction

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times. I think we have actually stayed in every room. Warm, welcoming, comfortable, amazing sleep and great location.

It’s rare that a place looks better in reality than the photos you viewed online before arriving. This is the exception. The house is stunning. Exquisite French designed bedrooms and a film set worthy dining room for breakfast and kitchen for guests to use. The breakfasts are wonderful. Expertly cooked and served by Gaelle or her sister Melissa. Both are super helpful and gladly make reservations for guests at local restaurants. If it were possible I’d award La Maison du Parc 6 stars.

We travel to Europe almost every year and we’re looking for a small B& B on the Normandy coast in which to spend a relaxing week eating and exploring a part of France we had not experienced. We were lucky enough to find La Maison du Parc, and from our first correspondence with Gaelle and Amande it was clear that they take an exceptional interest in the comfort of their guests. They suggested restaurants, including a special one for my wife’s birthday as well as connecting us with a wonderful local guide. The house and gardens are lovely and provide a unique place to relax and unwind. A wonderful place to stay to experience Normandy

Amazing experience which I highly recommend to anyone looking for a very comfortable bed, super ambience in the house, the best breakfast in France (home made crumble and apple pie) and the friendliest host you ever had (Gaelle). I left something behind which she kindly offer to post immediately. She also had great recommendations and booked us in her favorite restaurant off the beaten track. Must go!

Situated in a calm area apart from touristy areas la maison du parc is an old pretty captains house in a beautiful parc with old trees. We had a nice big appartement with a comfortable bed and a new bathroom. Unfortunately despite of many reviews the location has seen better times. It needs some cleaning of the windows, the bedcloths is partly old, the common kitchen is dirty and smells odd, the daily cleaningservice of the rooms could be optimized. We were disappointed of the announced gourmetbreakfast. Almost never an eggdish, no fresh fruits. The owner Amande, who established this former very nice hotel, has given the management to a young lady, who is very nice with her guests but not really professionel in hotel business. The price is for that what you get for to high.

Such a beautiful and charming mansion. I felt like I was put back into an earlier time, but had all the modern amenities of today. Gael really wanted everything to be perfect for us and it was. Breakfast had a savory hot dish and a sweet one, plus all the breads and others. Only downside was we only spent one night there.

This is a lovely B&B and the only problem was I didn’t want to leave my room! You go through the gate on a typical city street and there is a beautiful expansive green backyard. My room was Jasmin and it was ethereal with a beautiful spacious bathroom. Honfleur is a beautiful town and I enjoyed the Etretat Cliffs, dramatic and impressive. Eating seafood on the harbor is relaxing and reminds you of why Monet and other painters loved this town. One of my hosts at La Maison kept in touch by text and offered to make dinner reservations and give me other guidance. I love B&Bs in France they give you personal attention and it is a pleasure to interact with the hosts.

A beautiful charming residence run by the friendliest sisters that go out of their way to help. As a coeliac and diabetic, I have never experienced such efforts to cater to my dietary requirements. Hospitality like no other. The welcome as you come and go is genuine. The atmosphere is serene. The town is also beautiful and the gorgeous sisters really help with their recommendations and booking places. This place has all of the French charm we were hoping for. We look foot returning.
