It was my first time to visit this hotel with my friend Terrible service of all kind I walked in for lunch on 19:01:2022 passed through the reception and the receptionist never bothered to engage us , the gentleman who was in restaurant told us to sit upstairs,we requested for a menu and a trainee presented the menu, we ordered 2x beef burger mw with cheese and bacon.immediately after placing the order I heard them from the background shouting that this guy doesn't no what he is ordering No communication was laid to me and I waited for 2hrs 15min only to end up walking away without eating and no one was bothered

Paisible, la vue doit etre reamenagée et plus de paillotes vu que etre sous un arbre nest pas du gout de tous. Un enclos pour nos bêtes aussi pour eviter de pietiner la bouse. Avoir la monaie vu que tous n ont pas mpesa ni de petites espèces. Merci
