One of the warmest staff teams I have had the pleasure to come across (and I’ve visited hundreds of hotels), always smiling and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made you feel like lifelong friends rather than just paying guests. Room was immaculately clean, bed was GINORMOUS, there was no noise whatsoever from other guests and the bathroom, as we’d requested an accessible room, had a nice lowered bath side to allow easy access. Not the most picturesque looking hotel from the exterior I accept but don’t be put off as the warmth experienced inside more than makes up for any aesthetics!!!

Stayed here for one night for business. Easy self check in. Room was clean and pleasant One thing that stood out were the staff. From the lady on reception, to the restaurant staff at dinner and breakfast, they were all friendly, helpful, professional and a credit to the company. I can’t name individuals as everyone working there that night were amazing. Thanks!

One of the better ones that we have stayed in. All very clean. Staff friendly. Easy parking. Mainly used by workmen in vans Sunday to Thursday but they are all very quiet and most ate there in the evening which is a good sign we had one evening meal and it was fine for the money. Drinks are modestly priced same as any other pub to a degree. One gripe and this is the same for all premier inns. Your air con is pretty lame. Fine in Winter and our room was slightly too warm on a 19 Deg setting but can this really work in Summer with no ability to open windows. Also the TV needs a slight notch in volume. 23 is too low for your locked setting. 25 would be ok. Anyway all good and would stay again.

What an amazing stay friendly staff who go way above other hotels we been to. Staff who do more to help. Very clean rooms and a very clean hotel. We stayed for a few days to go to Irland and back, on both occasions you can't fault this place... WiFi in the rooms was poor but who needs WiFi when you can go down stairs to enjoy a relaxing drink or to in the restaurant...

I have spent many a night in Premier inns all over the Uk. Very rarely are they disappointing. Most are very good. I never feel the need to write a Tripadvisor review. But I feel I must comment on my recent three night stay at this hotel in Holyhead. ALL the staff I encountered were a complete joy. They were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the best I have experienced in this chain of hotels. Well done ask your bosses for a pay rise, you deserve it! 😂

A great value hotel in a good location for local sights & walking. Room & hotel was standard Premier Inn but service was outstanding, especially at breakfast where Dave Leah kept the tables clear at all times - excellent! Exterior lighting could be better to make access to the site easier to find at night.

Excellent staff. Can’t do enough to be lovely. Tracy in the kitchen is one in a million. Very clued up about any allergies and nothing is too much trouble Juice containers now visible so people can see ingredients without asking. Way to improve would be have gluten free cereal available and pastries.

We stayed over on a trip to a family wedding in Ireland and on the way back too. Everything was excellent, including our accommodation, food and service. A special shout out to the wonderful Jess whose fabulous service was both friendly and professional (thank you Jess)
