Waterline Villas & Marina, Autograph Collection

We had a wonderful stay in Anna Maria at the Waterline (Autograph) . The 2 bedroom villa was beautiful, seemed brand new . Big Thank You to Brandon W for making a us feel really welcomed . He was super friendly, helpful and genuine ! Also , gentleman (red hair) working pool area was very helpful and friendly . About 10 min walk to uncrowded, beautiful beach. No bathrooms, facilities. Use "Just 4 Fun " rentals for chairs and umbrella.

These 2 have NO Business being in Hospitality industry, Period! Dockmaster is digusting, treating a minor like that, and Hotel Mgr should NEVER allow guest information to be given out without Law enforcement involvement!! BOTH SHOULD BE FIRED!

As a female, I am concerned that a manager would give out a room number to an angry man. I feel unsafe that this would happen to me and is not ok.

Location is Amazing, just got harassed by a guy didn't want to let us fish.Me and my family where guests and the Hotel took sides with the weird harasser (non guest) giving my room number. Unfortunately we had to leave because didn't felt safe anymore. Go somewhere else, there's plenty of options a this price point for better service and less harassment

This hotel’s management displayed shocking and dangerous behavior that should concern every traveler. A registered guest was confronted and harassed by a random non-guest on the hotel property. Instead of protecting the paying guest or maintaining professional boundaries, the manager immediately took the side of the aggressive outsider. Worse, the manager handed over the guest’s confidential information — including the room number and additional private details — directly to this stranger without any consent or verification. The manager refused to hear the guest’s side of the story and showed complete bias against the actual customer who was staying at the hotel. This is a serious breach of guest privacy and safety. Revealing a guest’s room number and personal information to an unrelated, confrontational individual puts the guest at real risk and violates basic standards of confidentiality that every hotel is expected to uphold. No one should have to worry that staff will expose their location and details to anyone who shows up causing trouble. The manager handled the entire situation with no professionalism, no fairness, and no regard for guest security. This level of reckless disregard for privacy and safety is unacceptable and puts every guest in potential danger. Potential travelers should be fully aware of this failure before booking. Guests deserve protection, not to have their private information casually shared with outsiders.

Wonderful week at Waterline. The suites are large and comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring the island or for a quick trip to St. Armands or Sarasota. Special thanks to Yadrian who went way above and beyond in accommodating a change in schedule due to bad weather up north. I highly recommend this fabulous resort to anyone wishing to experience the best of the Gulf coast.

The room was fine, modern and spacious. They stuck us in building 4 with a view of a rock parking lot. We did not enjoy our stay, and if you’re next to the rock parking lot, you hear the cars driving across them all night long, and theythey’re loudloud at night when everything else is quiet. Many other rooms have the same view. Check in wasn’t impressive and took over 30 minutes and I was the only one there and I had even checked in on line. We were there on a Thursday and Friday morning, they do not serve breakfast, so they give you a coupon across the street to a old greasy spoon for $12 each . The place is like something out of a movie. Tootless old ladies that literally spit on your food when they talk. This is not an exaggeration in anyway. Dishonest and poor management here. Never again.

The staff are helpful & friendly. The location is perfect to get back and forth to the beach , restaurants and use the free Anna Maria trolley. The pool temperature was perfect & nice to have ping pong & jenga available . Room service was excellent. Would have preferred if parking was included in stay and not added charge .
