Rooms are just ok, what you'd expect for a 2-star hotel. My issue is with the service. I paid $100 cash deposit for a partial day rental while I waited for my flight. I left the hotel in a hurry, using their shuttle, and forgot to request my deposit back. I called when I returned home, and was advised to send my receipt and proof of flight (to show I left the room on time), which I did, on September 16. I emailed several times again, finally got a response on October 23rd (!!!) that they had mailed the refund and they sent a copy of the check. I never received that check. I informed them of this, and they said check with USPS. They did not send it in a way that it could be tracked at all, so USPS of course could not help. They could see that the check had not been cashed and said they'd do a stop payment and reissue and take the stop payment fee out of my $100. Fine, I say, do that. That was October 23. It is now December 2. I have sent 4 more emails asking about this, no response, no return to my calls. Very poor service. Plenty of other places to stay in the area. Do not recommend.
