All Seasons Resort

Lovely hotel in Holetown near to beach and town centre. Pool is great, lovely staff and fantastic Indian restaurant. Really recommended for anyone who doesn't want to stay in Bridgetown.

Beautiful clean villas only 20 minutes to walk to holetown centre and 10 minutes walk to beautiful Sandy lane beach . Large spacious villa , large patio and sun chairs . Gardens beautifully tended to . Great pool which was cleaned everyday . Staff are all amazing friendly helpful professional. Free shuttle bus to massy supermarket. Bus stop at end of lane to access the island . Would recommend and definitely stay again

6th Stay at All Seasons Resort. Holetown and this resort perfectly fit need for a quiet and relaxing break and recovery from the British winter. The staff add the relaxed atmosphere with their friendly and helpful approach, there have been a few changes in recent years ,the attitude of the new staff are as good. The location in being just 15 mins walk from Massy is great and 5 mins from the Excellent Coffebean coffee shop make it even better. Restaurants nearby are excellent , ranging from the cheap Just Grillin to expensive Tides . Would recommend walking a bit further to the HornyRam which is near Folkestone Marine Park , just a 25 min walk. Rooms are large and spacious, recently been updated , but would ask management to keep maintenance up to date , eg the hot and humid weather means that grout in the shower needs more constant update. The pool is clean and great size for a swim or cool down , but is now in need of some refurbishment as it looks tired. .the same for the area around the pool . Having no doubt spent large sums on refurbishment of the rooms I would suggest that this should be management’s next focus. An onsite coin operated laundry would also be a good addition as you are always needing to wash clothes due to the heat ! So if you are coming there are facilities to get someone to do you laundry for you , but no self service either at resort or in holetown . In summary, would recommend highly to anyone looking for a quiet location and great value for money.

We have not long returned from our 16th trip to Barbados and our first stay at the All Seasons Resort Europa. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The location is fantastic, on the Islands beautiful West Coast and the staff were amazing. Our accommodation was large and airy and very comfortable. All in all we cannot wait to return next April, which we have just booked.

We have been regular visitors to Barbados for over 20Y. We knew the Europa and when we saw they had undergone a refurbishment decided to give it a go. We were not disappointed and extremely impressed with this resort. As a base it was excellent and within walking distance to holetown, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. We would like to thank Maria the manager of the hotel for her continued communication and support for any queries we might have. Her staff are fantastic from front of house, reception who are always on hand to provide anything we required. The security who keep check at night without you even realising. I watched them patrol and thoroughly check the accommodation and parameter. The cleaning and maintenance teams were seamless in their delivery and it was great to see further improvements being made around the pool area. Last but certainly not least. A huge thank you to the guys who work the bar Tristan and Zac made our trip. Constantly keeping us in cocktails and always with a smile. We look forward to seeing you when we return. The Indian on site is delicious and the presentation is impressive. One of the best Indian meals I have ever had. I would certainly encourage paying for the upgrade. The only one comment I would make is that the living room areas would benefit from fans or air con as it was a little uncomfortable without meaning we didn't use the lounge or eating areas. It is also great to see the painting and maintenance of going around the pool area. Appreciating Barbados is an island and weather wear inevitable, it was pleasing to see you continue to update and improve the synthetics. Umbrellas that can be used around the pool table area would be helpful also. Finishing on a high note we will recommend this resort and will be booking to return next year. I booked a 2 night stay. Upon arriving & entering the “resort” it’s nothing like I would’ve imagined. It’s nothing compared to what’s shown on the website. Looks better in photos than in person. The room was cleaned & nice yes, however on showering the first night, the shower was clogged, the towel that was provided had a stain, most likely from a previous guest. Luckily I had my own towel. The compound isn’t gated & the lack of privacy should be alarming due to the fact that anyone can walk on to the property from the back. After the first night I wanted to leave. The rooms aren’t even provided with Tea of any kind & the living area was super hot, definitely needs upgrading for the rates they charge. The bed was 2 twin beds joined together to make it their “king size” & was super uncomfortable in the middle since the springs in the bed are soon done with. The best thing about that “resort” is the pool. The property has potential to meet certain standards but that was my first horrible experience at any resort I’ve ever been. Yes, one staff member did ask me if my reason for wanting to leave had anything to do with the hotel & I told her no, because why fret and go through all the trouble to get things the way I would like it when it could’ve been avoided in the very beginning? If it really bothered me to that extent I would’ve alerted her in an instant, but I just let it go, since I’ve made up my mind I’ll never return. I think management needs to ensure these things are working properly before allowing a guest to book instead of inconveniencing them on their stay with issues that can be resolved before… I appreciate the welcoming service I received when booking the reservation through Mrs Rowe but other than that I will never be returning there.

We stayed in All Seasons Resort for my special birthday holiday and the room itself was spacious and lovely. The pool was always clean and there were always sunbeds available. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was reasonably priced and tasted amazing. Our stay overall was great but nothing stood out to us other than the location. We were about a 10 minute walk from the beach, local shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a few things we were disappointed about and that was the fact for my birthday my partner had arranged with the staff prior to decorate the room with balloons he had given to them and asked them to do this within a certain time slot so I could come back to a surprise. They said they would sort this and make sure it was done before we come back however this was not done and had therefore meant my boyfriend was not able to do the surprise and did not have enough time to sort it himself whereas if they would of told him they were not able to do this he could of made other arrangements. A maid then walked in with all the decorations when we were already back and it was too late and ruined the surprise. Another thing we noticed was the fact when we came back from the beach to have a nap before getting ready to go out for dinner, the maids would just walk into the apartment for housekeeping and there was no do not disturb to put on the door. This felt like we lacked privacy within the apartment.
