Casa Astral Luxury Hotel

Rooms very small, no fridge, no coffee maker, but a really nice view from the rooftop

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Astral. The rooms were great, cozy, clean welcoming. The staff was amazing, seriously amazing. The communication was stellar, prior to our trip, leading up to our stay and during. We has the pleasure of meeting Angel and her staff. Angel was the best, although we had just met her, we had the experience of feeling like we have known her years! Her English is very, very good and she was kind enough to help us with our Spanish! She did as much as she could to keep us in the loop of the goings-on of Holbox, especially during Hurricane Beryl. We were on the island when Beryl came across the Yucatan. The hotel felt very safe and secure, and although we heard some wind and rain, we did not feel in danger. After the storm, the restaurant was closed due to flooding, but the Angel and her staff made SURE we had our breakfast and food. The food from the restaurant was delicious and our server was Gabino. He to was just lovely to be around, smiling and making sure we had everything we need. Gabino was also kind to help us with our Spanish and we share stories of our respective lives. He was kind and personable. We felt that the people at Casa Astral were incredible and truly created a home away from home for us.

All of the staff at this place have been fantastic. The location of this place works perfectly if you don’t want to be near town. Every morning we’ve had breakfast at the hotel before going out. The food has been very good. Our waiter, Gabino, always went above and beyond, extremely nice.

Excellent location, one minute from the beach. Very comfortable room, with a beautiful sea view, very healthy continental breakfasts, the food we ordered from the menu also this very delicious. It should be noted the attention of the staff: very helpful and very attentive always to our needs.

The staff is very attentive and the rooms are large and clean. It is very close to the beach. The restaurant food is very good. We had the same waiter each day. His name was Gabino and he was fantastic. He was polite and efficient. The rooftop pool and bar are great for relaxing and to watch the sunset. I would absolutely recommend Casa Astral!

The property is excellent. The roof top and the view is amazing. The staff Diego, ismael and gabino and the chef Daniel. The island is amazing and much better than the surrounding other resort areas. The island is very hospital and one feels very safe

Our holidays in Mexico ended in this wonderful place ! The rooms are cosy, beautiful, with enough space and the best view on the island if you get the 301 A or B 😎 Staff is amazing, welcoming and they arrange trips for you if needed which is really appreciated 👍 Finally if you comme here you will have a swimming pool with a view on the beach, its sunset and the best bartender Ismael!!! We highly recommend this place ❤️
