Room was spacious and clean. A bit of walking to get to the Memories Show or the Old Town but the vibe of the place was nice and the surroundings were amazing. A bit of walk is actually fine so you can take in the city while getting anywhere. And actually Grab was super cheap so there was no problem going somewhere. There were free bikes to borrow out front, so we could ride those into the town as well. Service was wonderful and there was a cheap 24hr laundry service for a small fee. Breakfast was nice and food was warm and delicious. You could also walk to any nearby places and get breakfast there as well. 10/10 recommend for the amazing hospitality and services.

The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of Asian and Western dishes. Staff are warm and always smiling. Room is fully equipped with a breezy balcony. The pool is clean, with free towels and water provided.

It was really good in terms of cleanliness and quietness The service was good with the staff being friendly and accomodating - helping us with our luggage and day tours. I would say a downside is the facilities - we had the gym that the equipment didn’t work. However the tv service was great with free movies to watch. Overall it was a pleasant stay with many people helping us and offering a great experience. The spa people were great and the breakfast food did lack with many dishes however it was still decent.

Great value - very clean, comfortable beds and very helpful staff in both the restaurant and reception. Our family room was two connected rooms giving us two bathrooms and two balconies. Outstanding value for the cost.

Not worthy compare to others cheaper hotels…

Stayed for one night in a Garden view room with balcony. Had a great experience. It's a very beautiful hotel in a peaceful garden setting, and staff were always warm and helpful. Would highly recommend it and look forward to returning again.

уютный отель , с красивой зеленой территорией) обходительный и приветливый персонал! Очень понравился номер, чистота, дизайн и размер! Дают велосипеды бесплатно, есть бассейн, тренажерный зал и свой SPA. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки! Я довольна своим пребыванием в этом отеле .

Không gian gần gũi thiên nhiên, view sông thoáng mát. Hồ bơi sạch và rộng, spa chuyên nghiệp. Khách sạn còn có xe đạp miễn phí cho khách sử dụng.

酒店房間有些潮濕味，早餐選擇很少，不太精緻，櫃檯和服務人的服務和態度都很普通，帶房人員還推銷行程，甚至直接走進客人房間，令人傻眼。設施上，腳踏車破舊，健身房滿是鋪墊味道，泳池毛巾都是霉點，躺椅破舊，看評價選了這間，不符合實況😔，管理都有待改善。而且地點也不太方便，搭車到會安要20分鐘。

이곳 방이 깔끔하고 예뻐요. 수영장이 깨끗하고 붐비지 않아요. 아침 뷔페에 맛있는 음식이 많아요.

酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨現代。我特別喜歡早餐自助餐，亞洲和西式菜餚種類豐富。房間可欣賞城市美景，員工友好又專業。

올드타운까지 가까운편이에요! 수영장도 엄청 예쁘고 좋은데 저는 시간이 안 돼서 이용을 못 했습니다ㅠㅠ 직원들도 굉장히 친절해요! 뷰가 엄청 예뻐요! 아기자기한 주택들이 보이고 아침에는 닭 울음 소리도 들려요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 올드타운에서 자전거 가마? 같은 거 타고 숙소까지 오면 뷰도 예쁘고 편하고 좋답니다! 추천추천~
